Rooms clean and very confortable, the entire staff very friendly and proactive to respond to our needs. I had a small problem in the locking device of my room but Mr. Rafael Kurt has immediately solved it in a quick a professional way. Last but not least a very good parking at a reasonable price Many buildings in the area around the hotel are actually under reconstruction so there is a bit of disruption. In any case the location is very good to visit Bordeaux

Location, breakfast and friendly staff It was a shame the restaurant wasn’t open, that there was no water in the rooms and that there were no English speaking channels on the TV but that’s being picky :)

Excellent position for catching a morning train. Upgraded to a large room which helped with our excess luggage. Breakfast buffet very good. Aircon great during heatwave. Towels thin & unacceptable. Staff unhelpful even when asking about local knowledge & completely ignored us when struggling into the hotel with extra luggage & stairs into the lobby.

It was very clean and the staff was always there to help when needed.The location is excellent if you are using the train,otherwise it is not in the city centre.But the tram station is almost outside of the hotel.Breakfast was really nice. There was no gym neither in the hotel nor anywhere close to it

Beautiful hotel and we loved our room which had a terrace. All staff were friendly, welcoming and always helpful. Lovely bedding and choice of pillows. The tram stop outside was useful to the centre. Very clean. Provided us with milk when we requested as we are British tea drinkers. We will return to this hotel. If I had to find something it would be the towels as they are thinner than I'm used to but they were big and clean
