The man working at reception was so friendly, welcoming and helpful! There was no milk for making tea/coffee in the rooms

Fantastic quiet location in a nice setting. We got an incredible upgrade to the biggest suite. It was a unique experience. Like a home away from home. The only thing I can think off is that the reception is a bit chaotic for a 5star residence. When we arrived there were suitcases everywhere and the reception desk was full with all kind of stuff. does not matter what so ever but gives you a wrong first impression of such a great hotel.

Location, clean and beautiful room with a lovely balcony. amazing bathroom Queen size bed. I would preferred king size but I acknowledge the room is small.

The hotel was beautiful. A small castle in a quiet spot just a couple blocks from the heart of the city. The decor is fantastic. The food was top notch (We had dinner and breakfast there). The staff was truly delightful.
