They looked after our laguage, it was nice service. Experienced "Hotel hell", I'm a fan of that show. It took me a lot of courage to start to write this review... Very very dirty. Very dirty. From small things - really dirty walls, blood or something. On the floor there were potato chips from previous visitors, there were used half empty shampoo bottles in shower. Also, shower had soap leftovers. From window we saw dumpster. Only dumpster. And some naked person in bedroom opposite of our window. To get to our room we had to go through corridor without any lihgts. Restaurant was also bad. Just don't go there, not worth it. The cherry on top, as soon as we moved in room, I received message in Viber, that administration of the hotel bad me to answer something on booking. And url to not real booking, "booking clone", where I had to pay something and share my personal data. They knew my booking details I didn't share with anyone.

1. Location. 2. Clean bed linens. 3. Friendly receptionist. 1. The elevator wasn't working when we arrived, and we were given a room on the fifth floor. It was 42°C outside, so carrying all our luggage up five flights of stairs was an unforgettable experience—for all the wrong reasons. 2. The rooms are extremely small. 3. There is no air conditioning. 4. The room was not clean enough. There was a thick layer of dust on the fan (however, it was there and thanks for it) which made it clear it hadn't been cleaned in a long time.

Location Room did not look anything like the pictures. We were staying during the heatwave in Bordeaux and had to leave after the first night as it was terribly hot. No aircon and only a tiny little fan. They put us in what felt like a dungeon with a high up window that looked out into a courtyard with lots of pigeons. I would not recommend staying here in the summer unfortunately.

The location No air conditioning. It was 40 degrees. Very noisy can rank outside hotel. Shower was poor and had to be held. Overall a very basic hostel with little to support its 2 star status

The olde world charm of the hotel The stairs
-
The location and the receptionist. The toilet was broken, the heat in the room was so much like being cooked alive, with no window to the open and the only fan available was filty. It was not worth paying for the experience. Do not ever stay here in Bordeaux summer as the facilities do not support the weather.
