Lovely little compact hotel in the middle of the city. Really well thought out rooms are compact but comfortable and feel much bigger than they are. Lovely friendly staff and Claire was really helpful with recommendations for our short stay. I really would be reluctant to use the partner car park with a very big car! It’s underground and tight spirals in and out. I have a Tesla Model Y. That was fine but anything very much bigger could struggle.

This is a gorgeous hotel, we stayed in an executive room with a balcony and it was so luxurious and clean with the best air conditioning - which was needed in 40 degree heat! The location was perfect, central and close walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Easy underground parking 350 meters away which the hotel can book for a discounted price. Stay here, it’s smaller than a chain hotel and it shows in the standard of the rooms, it’s a perfect boutique hotel and we will be recommending it to anyone visiting Bordeaux. Of note, There is no bar area on site, the reception area is small - but you don’t need either as it’s so close to places you can grab a drink and relax.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is superbly located. We had delightful and delicious breakfasts. Nothing to report! Except a minor fire alarm issue.

Very friendly and welcoming staff who are there 24 hours Felt very safe Comfortable bed in a clean room Good air conditioning Great location right in the city centre Windows open for fresh air and a nice view! The room is very small so there is a luggage rack but nowhere to really put it Fire alarm went off in the morning, and it took a long time for them to turn it off (burnt food at breakfast). I ran downstair to find it was a false alarm, but it was hard to fall asleep again since the alarm kept going

Perfect for exploring Bordeaux and this lovely small boutique hotel can arrange parking nearby. Comfortable clean bedroom, helpful staff and a very good continental breakfast. Definitely stay again on our next visit to Bordeaux.
