Very clean and stylish hotel, super friendly staff, great location Everything was good

The hotel is very comfortable, the staff friendly and helpful and the location simply can't be beat. On a quite square, but just a few steps from the river, a short walk or tram ride to all the major sights, restaurants etc. The rooftop restaurant and bar offers superb views over the whole city.

Sofa bed was not as comfortable.
-
Staff went above and beyond consistently to even allow us to change rooms to a layout that would be more condusive to our cranky jet lagged toddler napping - cannot thank them enough! Nothing
-
The location was perfect! Close enough to center of the old town and steps from the tram. The rooftop restaurant and bar was wonderful and a welcoming place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The tub/shower combination. After a new knee replacement just a couple months before, I could not climb over the tub.
-
The rooms are creatively decorated, clean and very comfortable. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
-
Great size room, well thought out furniture layout with a beautiful aesthetic, extremely clean. Location was perfect and easy to walk to and from. no blowdryer in the bathroom amenities

The staff was very nice and helpful. The property was very clean. Location was ideal. The view of the restaurant upstairs was great. The beds were extremly comfortable.. The service at the restaurant. Was good for dinner but for breakfast needs a lot of improvement.

My go to hotel in Bordeaux. Great staff, comfortable large bedroom, good restaurant, fabulous rooftop terrace with fantastic views. I was disappointed when a huge cruiseship docked and blocked my river view, even though I was on the topfloor.

Staff “Aggie” was especially great, but all of the staff were very good. We did not have food so we can’t comment.
-
Front desk staff was exceptional. Had a minor medical issue, and they went out of their way to help me resolve it.
-
Fantastic location, opposite a tram line with direct link into town or it is a 20 minute walk. Lovely quiet area of Bordeaux with lovely bakeries and cafes.

Great location! Nothing

Location / staff Small room - old furniture- some lights didn’t work
-
Huge rooms, pleasant check-in, location is perfect, right near the Rue Notre Dame with so many cafes and shops, and easy walk to all the sights. Right across from the river quai walk. Very eco friendly. Dark blue room very dark. Kinda felt sad in it. Would have preferred one of the yellow rooms we saw.

Service was a bit slow at the restaurant in the evenings
-
The rooms were spacious and clean The location was fine but not as central as I would have liked. There was some construction around the entrance from the street. The elevator also didn’t work well, creating some headaches during the stay. I was also disappointed that the TVs in the rooms couldn’t connect to internet and had just basic channels. It didn’t feel like a good value overall.

Fantastic location if you like trendy restaurants and being close to the waterfront. You can easily commute to city center by foot or train. Very friendly staff! Good selection at breakfast, fantastic croissants. Although the rooms and restaurant were nicely renovated / furnished. Some parts of the hotel, like the hallway were slightly outdated. The fruit selection could have been a bit more extensive at breakfast.
