It was above and beyond!

The staff were friendly, the room was comfortable and the perfect temperature. The food and drinks were delicious and the staff went out of their way to look after our luggage, call a taxi and help us with our bags.

Breakfast buffet was great but staff could do better as every day something was forgotten with the order. Drinks also took long time. You need to fight for every service. Had lunch one day onsite and three different waiters forgot my side dish and have to ask for salt and pepper always. Ordered kids desert just plain vanilla ice cream and it arrived with crumble.
