Nicely decorated, clean, good location. Wifi is weak, price-quality is not in balance (too expensive for what it is), only virtual interactions which makes it less personal.

Everything Nothing

The location, the decor, the blackout curtains, the size of the room, and the cleanliness. I honestly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Bordeaux. This is an apartment hotel so not for everyone, if you are looking for a full reception, drinks in the lobby, staff on hand, and gyms/pools, this is not for you! This is more like living in a very boutique apartment block. Tip- room 1 was on the corner so two street views, also do not miss out on the beautiful square 5min walk with all its bustling restaurants, such a vibe! We wish the adjoining cafe was open. It looked super cute but was closed the entire time we were there.

Lovely room, spotlessly clean on check in.Fantastic breakfast each morning at your chosen time The room was not cleaned, nor were we given any clean towels and had to use the same bath towel and hand towel for 4 days. No one freshened up the room, or emptied bin, replenished tea bags..replenished toilet roll etc. No staff on site. Only breakfast lady who was lovely. Very noisy on tram line. It seems to run 24/7 ear plugs were provided.

Very stylish decor, lovely comfortable bed and spacious shower room. Calm and welcoming Prefer to have a reception rather than self-check in.

The rooms were adorable and the beds were quite comfortable. Everything was very clean as well! Breakfast was delivered every morning and the time we chose and the staff was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The only downside was that unfortunately the bakery downstairs was closed while we were there. We were sad that we couldn't try it!

Great location, super cute bedroom, good decoration, amenities and furniture designs. Very good bed. Breakfast was a bit so-so.

Good

The location is excellent right by the tram and the breakfast was a delight each morning. Ear plugs were supplied, probably due to the busy corner position but the double glazing meant the noise was not a problem. The bath towels were very thin. Some advice in relation to the public transport system, etc would have been welcome, as would have been a city map. In fact the only contact we had with the staff for the first few days of our stay was with the young woman who delivered our breakfast. When we did see Blanche on day 3 she was helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Well furnished, well equiped and stylish accommodation. All as above and yes the breakfast was good. To match the high quality of the accommodation the towels could have been of better quality. The location is on the corner of a crossroads including a main tram line which was unexpected. The noise calmed down at around midnight, if we had been early to bed this could be a problem. We did appreciate the ear plugs but my wife is unable to wear these.

Clean and great location for walking No parking - although there is some close by, but it didn’t appear to be really safe

Location was brilliant- right at a tram stop but still walking distance to the quai and cour. A wonderful breakfast was delivered to us on a sweet trolley. Everything was fresh, clean and comfortable. A longer stay!!

Nice decor, comfortable and clean. It’s not a hotel so no front desk or services. Neighborhood is nice and tramway just outside. Room is not serviced/cleaned during stay and if you want breakfast you need to ask when you reserve not during your stay.

Beautiful bright and airy rooms. Breakfast was lovely and delightful. Delivered to our door on a cute trolly. Everything French provided. Yummy cafe below with delicious cakes ? The noise from the road/tram track. No milk or English tea bags.

Second time staying there and truly service was outstanding. Received a text from Blanche confirming arrival time, asking me what i wanted for breakfast and arranged for it to be just as asked. Especially my strong hot chocolate with vegetable milk. I would struggle to stay anywhere else in Bordeaux now seriously

Convenient location. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and accommodating.

We had a fabulous stay here and breakfast was absolutely delicious.
