It was like an oasis in the middle of the city. The pool was a welcome relief from the heat, the room was spacious and very comfortable, staff so lovely & accommodating. I can definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing

The hotel was beautiful , rooms were extremely luxurious and good value. Bed and linens were exceptionally comfortable. I loved the pool and my husband and I went for a quick dip in the pool every evening before bed. Lovely that it was open late! Breakfast was just about alright, it’s one thing I didn’t think was good value for money. €30 per person, breakfast buffet style, it was so basic. They Didn’t offer anything exceptional like pancakes, waffles, or eggs other than scrambled. There was a large selection of ready made things, there were only a few pieces of Bacon and sausages and it was like they had been sitting out for too long. If I had known it was going to be so basic, I would have gone out for breakfast. Felt like they were just going through the motions. It would have been a chance to shine. Breakfast is easy, even a really good coffee or smoothie, matcha option would have been nice. It would also be a nice touch to have fresh fruit in the room each day.

Room was extraordinary and comfortable, breakfast very good and the dinner at The Cercle de Montaigne was superb. The staff is something apart, very good service and helpful with our needs for a doctor, special thanks to Angelique, Chloe and Nurki that were always pending of our needs. Congratulations

The room (suite with jacuzzi on terrace) was very comfortable! The staff was so kind. Thank you for the flexibility related to the exceptional fire situation! Maybe a few more long chairs by the swimming pool

Nice pool. Breakfast was good. The location wasn’t brilliant but this was probably because it was a heatwave when we were there so the walk into the centre was not pleasant. In better weather it would probably be fine. It seemed like they were trying a bit too hard with some of the technology in the rooms that wasn’t really in keeping with the overall feel of the hotel
