My room had rubbish in the basket from previous guest and was left in the wardrobe. Also the furniture has dust all over them. Couldn't operate the TV, was not given WiFi connection details when I checked in. No milk for the coffee. Worker did not wait for my answer after she knocked before trying to open the door. Poor communication limited as I don't speak or understand French all the unable to make English conversation.

Access into the city and large parking underground I left something in the room and that was sent to me impeccably - well done Breakfast was cheap and limited selection. Breakfast area had no atmosphere. The rooms were significantly less enjoyable than indicated in the pictures. Staff friendliness was limited

The rooms were nice sized, a great value, and very quiet. Air conditioning was necessary for this time of year with heatwaves. My room got full sun all day, so the A/C struggled a bit during daylight, but it worked and was a blessing. The water options in the lobby were also nice. The piped-in scent in the lobby - this is totally unnecessary. I do not understand the trend of fake scents in hotels. Many people are sensitive to it and have allergies. This is wine country - no fake sweet scents are needed! It made an otherwise conmy lobby uncomfortable.

Ease of access i was travelling with a Blue Badge holder and we were able to park right outside. Friendly staff and enjoyable welcome drink. My room did not have a view and when i looked out of the window there was a pair of underpants lying on the roof below. Comment for booking.com you advise when booking all taxes are paid - but this is not true as city taxes are still to be paid to the hotel - this should be clearer on Booking.com

Lobby had an odd damp smell. Shower head was terrible and the decor was old. Little to no light in the room unless you opened the blinds. TV was not set up to watch any shows in English.

Lots of choices. Very healthy. Enjoy the egg stations. Coffee is great! Lounge area. Cushions would be a nice addition to be more comfortable.
