We really enjoyed this property - great location, clean and comfortable. We stayed only one night, but it would a great place for several nights. We had no complaints.

The location is excellent, and entry was easy. The hotel is more of a B&B with a shared kitchen area. There is no staff at the location. We had a major problem that was entirely our fault, but after calling, they were able to help us out, for which we are very thankful. Lesson learned, don't lose your keys!! Thank you again!

Very friendly and responsive staff (allowed me to store my luggage), a fantastic bathroom, and a perfectly clean room all for an excellent price.

The location is fantastic! The information given is not correct. In the Booking description provides some information about the facilities, which is not accurate. For instance, it says that in the facilities, you find a kettle, a stove, and a toaster. However, it is not true. It was not available in the room, but it was in the common kitchen area. You have a microwave and a Nespresso machine, that's it. You do have cutlery; however, it was not clean upon our arrival, as was the cutlery in the room. On our arrival, we had some problems opening the key locker. We finally managed to open it. Once in the room, we called the host because we had questions about the facilities, but he did not answer at the moment. Neither he replied to our call nor the message we sent via WhatsApp, despite having said he was available during our stay. Overall, the price is quite good for what is given, but we recommend more transparency and accuracy in the information provided on the facilities.

The location was convenient, the room clean, well equiped. Instructions to check in were clear and detailed. Communication felt too automated. Fortunately we didn’t have any serious problem, but I was wondering how would that be in case of any issue. The toilet seat was broken, I saw people already mentioned it in their reviews prior my reservation.

This location was great for a short stay. I was in Bordeaux for a week and this accommodation was located very central, easy access to quite a lot of restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities. The place was clean and organised, and the other guests/hosts were respectful and quiet. The best was very comfortable, and the place was quite warm which was great as I visited in January. Instructions from the host were super clear and made it very easy to check in. The shower did not have a curtain which was not a major issue. No cooking facilities, but this was clearly stated in the description. Not many negatives to provide.

Arrived at midnight to find key was not in the lock box as described in message. Then was unable to contact the property as they never responded on Booking.com. Had to try different codes on other lock boxes for rooms that weren't ours, eventually found one that had a key in (room 3 we were meant to be in room 1). Ended up staying in the wrong room the entire trip as no one responded to our messages, every night we were expecting someone who was booked into the room we were in (that wasn't ours) to turn up but thankfully didn't.

A comfortable room to stay in Bordeaux for a few nights. Ideally located near the city center in a relatively quiet area. I think this room would be really nice once the construction is done. It's bright, has big windows, and isn't actually that small. The shower was a bit gross and the bathroom smelled weird. There's construction happening in this building and the one across the street (it feels like half of Bordeaux is getting a makeover!), so it was pretty noisy from the morning, and there were guys on scaffolding. I know it's not the owners' fault, but it definitely put a damper on our trip. We also didn't get any info on checking in beforehand, but I hit up the staff on WhatsApp a couple of hours before we got there and got a pretty quick reply (so that's a plus and a minus).

The only thing we liked about this place was the location. It’s very convenient, close to major attractions and public transport. However, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We didn’t like the property at all. It was nothing like the pictures!!! They were doing repairs, and the room was very small, with construction happening on the mezzanine. There was no kitchen as shown in the photos, and the overall condition was disappointing due to ongoing repairs. Would not recommend based on our experience

Good location Pierre the custodian coincidentally met us on arrival and assisted by finding some things for our poorly set up room The owners are undertaking major alterations in common areas, regardless of occupancy. Construction dust, smell, and noise were evident and annoying, and water supply was intermittently disrupted. The listed common amenities, including the kitchen, are not available. Our room wasn’t properly serviced, and various listed facilities weren’t available. Importantly, there was no apparent smoke or fire protection, and no alternative fire escape from our 2nd floor internal room. Communication regarding access was late (5.15pm on our day of arrival) which made access stressful.
