Great location, great a/c, great bed, great TV. My only complaint was the skylight in front of the bed that had no shade on it so the light streamed into my face as soon as the sun came up. Add a shade and it’s a 10/10. Check in process was so easy and customer service was very responsive Thank you!

I had the yellow room and it was huge with a sitting area in the main room and a very large shower and bathroom. It was well maintained and the furnishings were high quality. The air conditioning was appreciated since I was there during a major heatwave. The wooden shutters helped to block the sun during the day and the street sounds which are minimal during the night after the restaurants close. I also loved the location. It's a quieter area of the city but there are plenty of restaurants and very close to St. Michel square. The F train stop is just 1.5 blocks away so getting to and from the airport or to other parts of the city is very easy. I was also not the easiest guest when I first arrived because I was a bit jet-lagged and did not read all of the check-in instructions carefully. Paul was very patient with me and also prioritized getting my room ready when an arrived before the official check-in time. It was a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay again on my next visit to Bordeaux.

We did not stay at the property. Drove to the sketchy location, had difficulty opening the door ( instructions in French) finally got in with help from restaurant staff across the street, Couldn’t get the room key out of lock box, had to call the manager, who was very nice, room looked nice but a second story walk up a narrow staircase. Garage was apparently a 10 minute walk so definitely a problem with luggage. We are senior citizens so it was completely unsuitable for us. We booked a Hyatt immediately and stayed there. This property may suit a much younger person, just not for us. Property manager understood and was very helpful. Read description

Clean, comfortable bed, big TV. Close to tram. No staff on property. Not enough toilet paper , coffee pods, body soap. Very busy street. Did not live up to its description so was disappointed.

The room was exactly what we were looking for, as we were recreating a trip made by TV chef Rick Stein and our room looked directly on to the La Tupina restaurant we had booked for a special occasion! We also discovered a wonderful bistro just a few doors along called "Pinch" which was an absolute find! The two guys running that place were fantastic and helped us select a fabulous lunch. It was a magical stay for us, as we have dreamed of visiting Bordeaux for years! Loved it!! Only thing wrong was there was no kettle (that we could find anyway) ...just a Nespresso coffee machine, which didn't seem to work 100% properly but that didn't stop us from making coffee...just had to keep pressing the button! lol

Beautiful space. A large room with a lot of light, which we love. Paul, the manager, very responsive and helpful. A wonderful restaurant across the small street. All in all, superb Nothing

This property is like a fairytale! We loved it! The room had fun, quirky decor and was air conditioned and comfortable and it was an easy walk from the train station. Nothing! I loved this place!

Great restaurant for lunch and dinner directly across the street. We ate there twice. 15 minute walk from the train station. The room was huge! The fridge was stocked with wine, champagne, pop and juice for purchase. Very quiet at night. Very friendly woman at the restaurant let us in on arrival. No breakfast available nearby was a hassle. The QR code for the wifi was discontinued. The woman at the restaurant entered the password for me, but as my husband wasn’t present he didn’t get wifi at all for the duration of our stay. Such a large room could easily have accommodated an actual table (there was a small desk).

Lovely decorated and presented room. (pink suite) the location was great and with a nice stroll along the river front. The communication between the property and me was very troublesome. There were no check in instructions before arrival and I left a message which went I replied to. (Still no response at the time of writing this review three days later) Check in went okay in the end. You have to go across the road to the restaurant’La Tupina When we booked the rate said it included breakfast but on arrival there was a notice saying that breakfast was €15 pp. with a QR code to scan to order. But on scanning it just took you to a QR code generating website and no link to anything else. So we didn’t get breakfast as there was no one to ask. So, it’s a great place. Lovely room but just needs a bit more attention to detail to make it excellent.

Everything except check in. Rooms are just magnificent and location perfect. Near enough to both rail station and centre of town and in a very trendy part of town. Once you know how to get the key check in is easy. However we didn’t find it easy to get the information.
