Nice and confy rooms, very good breakfast service, high quality wi-fi, the staff is very kind. The area can be noisy as it is very central. The garage is a bit narrow.

Nice hotel, the staff was accommodating for a last minute change of plans, the room was large and the breakfast excellent. We did not use the spa but we were able to use it in another hotel of the chain, which was great. All staff were kind and helpful. some restructuring in the hotel means that there was noise at 8am. Not ideal.

The staff were ALL very friendly and helpful, especially Nicolai? (not sure if I spelled it correctly). The room was large, comfortable, and well appointed. The breakfast was amazingly outstanding and was a highlight of our trip:) Everything was perfect!

Nice, clean and soundproof. Delicious food for breakfast and very friendly staff. The breakfast room was too small. The bathroom could be slightly bigger to host two people.

Excellent range at breakfast with fresh, made to order eggs, and homemade cakes. Well located between the town the centre and ski lifts. Car park was quite tight for larger cars as not all spaces the same size and the larger spaces were always taken first, even by smaller cars.

Extremely helpful personnel both at the reception and breakfast room. Whatever was requested from my side was solved in a best possible way. Staff is bringing a lot of value to the facility. All over: well prepared and kept room, fast wifi, tasty breakfast It seems the breakfast facility is a little bit smaller than optimal for the size of the Hotel: sometimes you shoud wait for the free table. Thanks to the team working for breakfast - the tables were cleaned and prepared immediately after the previous guests left and waiting time was never exceeding 5 minutes.
