The location was amazing! We were right across the street from the Olympic venue and really close to several good restaurants. It was an easy walk into the center of the city. There was a high school ski group from England staying the same week. The teenagers were very noisy. I also think that parking should have been free.

Great location, easy walk to the gondola. Nice people who owned the hotel. Booked an apartment but appartment not located in hotel. However hotel kindly upgraded us to two hotel rooms.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Stefania was very kind & supportive when our kid fell ill. We enjoyed our stay. Sauna was not heated during the whole week. Steam sauna was most of the days hot, but 1-2 days not, this created a bit of disappointment.

very nice hotel, internet was free, we get and free SPA for our stay, this was very nice. Hotel is near the gondola, everything is perfect. Room was very nice with good view. everyday i wake up with mountain view and was amazing.

An overall good experience but there was an incident where it was clear that the hotel could not handle a small crisis- a car had blocked our car in the hotel parking space and although we flagged it since the evening, still the morning after they hadn't find who the owner of the car was and therefore, the car was still blocking us. Actually, the car was blocking 2 cars and the second owner was also complaining at the reception desk on the day As a result, We unfortunately missed a day trip with friends to a nearby ski center. Worst of all, in my opinion, is that they blamed the client and called them *silly people* instead of apologizing for not taking care of it. Too bad for a hotel that was value for money otherwise.

Very well located to the slopes and lifts. The breakfast was also very good - lots of options. The room was not very clean. Also the cleaning staff were very careless. We returned one day to find the room had been left unlocked after cleaning and our belongings had been thrown on the floor to make up the beds.
