Great breakfast, wonderful staff, great location. Room a little smaller than pictured, window was small and had no view. Paid for spa but it was only 58 deg in the sauna and 40 in Turkish bath.

Location, facility and staff are amazing
-
Family owned and operated, excellent staff and incredibly friendly people enjoying what was the greatest event ever to be held there. The 2026 Olympic Games were amazing and our hosts were exceptional while ensuring our comfort and enjoyment. The room was a little warm, but that is pretty standard with a centralized boiler system used in the mountains of Europe. Expect to open your window to cool things off a little bit, but that is not an inconvenience at all.

The exterior of the hotel is beautifully and carefully maintained, creating a wonderful first impression. The atmosphere of the lobby and the interior design of the room were also excellent—warm, elegant, and sophisticated. In particular, the interior of the breakfast room was absolutely stunning and truly exceeded my expectations. Nothing at all

Location, staff and breakfast

This may have been my favorite place we stayed on the entire trip. To start the staff was very friendly. They had their own parking lot and the room was very nice. It was a short walk to the town center to shop and eat. The breakfast the next morning was amazing with fresh cut salami and made to order eggs.

Fabulous hotel. For our initial welcome at check in to when we left, the owners and staff made us feel very welcome. The hotel is finished to a high standard. Our room was spacious, well appointed with great bed linen and looked after very well by the chamber maid crew. Breakfast is fantastic and the hotel restaurant should not be overlooked. Nothing. We really struggle to find any faults.

Staff very friendly, steak restaurant downstairs was very good.

The staff is very friendly. I stayed with my brother for the La Stelvio Santini cycling event and they did everything to support us (and the other guests). The day of the event breakfast was served extra early. The hotel also has a very nice bike storage, which is used for skying gear during the winter. Rooms were nice (wonderful view), spacious and cleaned daily. The hotel is on walking distance from the center and has private parking. I would highly recommend the hotel to families and friends visiting Bormio. Nothing :)

Everyone in the hotel is very friendly, the breakfast is delicious and it feels like home.

The breakfast was excellent. A big variety products, despite the low season and very few guests at the hotel. Everything was very fresh and of great quality. Freshly made eggs and pancakes was an additional bonus. The apartment was of the very comfortable size for 2 people and the bed was comfortable too. Bathroom is big and spacious (but the shower is spraying everywhere), has enough place for all the amenities, towels were fresh and clean. Decoration nice and quite new, although a bit 'spartan' and missing the contemporary Alpine warmth. When selecting the hotel, the prices were announced without taxes (not only the usual tourist tax, but even the VAT - this is the very first time this happens to me on this website). Furthermore, kitchen use comes at additional price (120EUR/week), wellness centre is also not included and is 30EUR pp (which I am not sure is worth it, especially if you only want a short sauna/jacuzzi relax). Being it a very low season and a huge choice of accommodation in Bormio, these things make a big difference, as we had already chosen an approximately 30% more expensive option due to the facilities we thought were part of it. I also chose a room with the balcony and mountain view thinking of how I would come back from skiing and read a book in the sun in my balcony. Unfortunately, despite the fact that the hotel was empty, we were given a first floor accommodation with a view first of all to the parking lot, not to the mountain (yes, you could see the mountains well, but the first thing you were seeing and hearing was the parking lot). Also, as it was on the first floor, the sun would hide behind the nearby building very early, so I could literally sit in the sun from 14:00 to 14:25, after it was all in the shade and fairly cold. Very disappointing. Additional piece of advice: if you travel with a pet, you might also want to check their pet policy in advance of booking.

Stayed in a room for 2 adults and 2 young children — great configuration with a balcony with a view of the mountain. Excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. Great location — a 2-3 min walk to the main cable car and a 2-3 min walk to the town centre.

the breakfast is mainly Italian style featuring sweet food. The hotel will serve you scrambled eggs, hamms and cheese if you ask. I loved the room, which featured a lounge area a big bathroom and a huge double bedroom. The breakfast could have been more varied including savoury fare.

We are ciming for a second time, we enjoy the location, near to ski lifts, we enjoy staff friendliness, they would clean everyday, always willing to help

The rooms are newly renovated from what I could tell. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent offering much choice. The location to the ski hill was also great as well as access to town.
-
Breatfast buffet is superb (but seemed to close earlier than indicated), Apartment ideal for family receptionist super friendly and helpful great beer on tab to take back to the room e-charging station on premises EUR 120 extra charge for use of the kitchen in the apartment kills the intention to save on restaurant dinners

Staff members was cooperative smelling nice services Sound insulation was very bad all movements around your upper walkways it’s in your rooms house keeping they don’t recognize don’t disturb if morning you should leave room, no trash bag in the rooms , no Arabic English TV channels all Italy, no bellboy to help
-
Outstanding hospitality, proximity to the ski lift, friendliness of the staff, and convenience and thoughtfulness in every detail. Nothing

Great location. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, clean. This is not a 4-star hotel it lacks the facilties. Specifically, there is no proper lobby/bar where you can have a drink/relax after a day skiing. It actually easily fixable if the breakfast area was kept open and the bar staffed. But for some reason it’s not that case and the only lobby areas are small tables on the side/hotel entrance.
