Very friendly. Very nice breakfast
-
Nice location - close to the ski lifts. View to the mountains from the room windows. Cleanliness in the room, very nice breakfast.

The hotel was very well located. Next to the town centre and a short walk away from the ski lifts. The breakfast was very nice a wide selection of pastries, cold meats, cheeses and more. The hosts were very attentive and friendly. I did find a hair on the floor and in the shower when I arrived which but everyday when I went out, the room was tidied/cleaned so it wasn't the worse

Comfy, clean room, good choice of food at breakfast. And an amazing location at the bottom of the Stelvio! We'd definitely go again.

Very kind staff, approachable to the customers. Very nice breakfast! The hotel is close to the city centre and to the central bus station! The room has been maintained pretty clean during all my stay there. Excellent view of the mountain from the balcony!

Excellent location, proximity to the ski lifts, very nice breakfast.

The property has a ski storage with ski boots warmers which makes you more comfortable to wear the boots before skiing. For the guests that stayed at the hotel on Christmas, the host has prepared a little but very cute gift)) Thank you very much!)

Each evening after I came back around 11pm, the proprietor would hound me for 2.40 euro for taxes. I had prepaid 140 euro but the 2.40 euro bothered him so much...I guess he feared I would leave without paying. I don't know why he didn't ask for it at check in or, like most hotels, at check out. I told him I would pay at check out but he was insistent. 2.40 euro. And he demanded cash and wouldn't peovide a receipt or proof of payment. Overall rude and unnecessary.Plenty of other places to stay in Bormio.

Very local and authentic Italian place. Serving of breakfast is a bit strange, because of covid.

The room was very different than what advertised on the website, outdated, small (we supposedly got a “family suite”) and badly sound-insulated with nearby rooms. Service during breakfast was extremely slow. There are no reserved parking spots for the hotel and, especially at night, you can only find parking spots far from the hotel.

the hotel is unsofisticated on the outside but room are very clean with new bathrooms the pillows are memory foam. Not a good choice
