The breakfast was really good and above Italy's standards. The room was okay - certainly met my cleanliness expectations and bed comfort. The most comfortable bed set we had during our holiday. Really central location. Everything is so close. Even a charging station. Despite that - we were lucky and had a place to park in front of the hotel. Else - parking is like 15 minutes away. Both were free. The walls were paper thin and we weren't lucky with the neighbors. Till they fell asleep - we couldn't either. The room doors didn't have a normal key from the inside, which didn't feel really secure and by mistake someone from staff unlocked the door unexpectedly. Would not happen only if we had the key...

Very central and well Located No parking, staff nice but not professional, no towels, rooms poor and not worthy the money

It was closed and we were sent to 2 other hotels before we got a room. No communication to tell us it wouldn't be open or effort to amend the situation. The room we ended up with was of a poor standard.

Hotel Capitani - skybus just few steps from hotel, 5 minut drive to lift area. Booking.com Hotel Capitani description misslead me to make booking and pay for this hotel. Information in hotel description were very incorrect. 1. Parking at the hotel. Reality not available. Hotel has 40 rooms, there is 6 parking places available. Most of them occupied by locals car. This was key point to select hotel Capitani. 2. Breakfast at hotel is less then lowcost (at 8:50 no cheese no ham, no milk - asked for refills, unable no stock. (Pictures available). This happened once in 5 breakfasts. 4x times was OK. 3. In description there is as a benefit discount for nearby SPA, when I asked reception, they had no information about spa discount. 4. WIFI free, very weak and unstable. 5. Some staff (e.g. lady after our evening arrival) is very weak/poor in English. She was unable to answer simply questions. If there would be something more serious, I see is at big risk.

There was no one at the property for access I called booking.com to notify for of us had to sleep rough. That there was no access to the hotel.

The size of the room for 2+1 children was more than expected and the location is fantastic. Nothing not to like everything exceeded my expectations
