Hotel Cristallo is 1312 feet from the cable car to Bormio Ski Area and 984 feet from the thermal baths. For an extra fee, guests may enjoy the wellness center. The waiter in the restaurant was absolutely ridiculous, saying that I cannot have a dinner in the restaurant with short pants, while it’s a hot summer day :) Come on guys, people on a road trip during summer may not even have long pants.

Very big room and very good breakfast, bike room Located near a very busy street with road noise. Our room was marketed as superior room. The shower was extremely small and the room very hot as it was under the roof. We were only able to cool it with windows open which leaves one exposed to terrible road noise. We were lucky it was quite cold when we stayed there. Cannot imagine being in this room on a hot day. Sauna not included in hotel stay, 15 E extre per person per hour

Loved the location and the lounge area. Bleach used in the bathroom was overwhelming, could have done with some comforts such as a kettle and the bed was very firm. Didn't appreciate that we had to pay for the wellness centre purely because we booked through this app.

Great location and very clean and friendly. We had a room next to the lift and were woken by people late at night, presumably using the lift and not knowing they could be heard

I want to thank the man on the lobby bar, Jamal. He is the best! There is a double standard between customers who have reserved their rooms through booking and those who have reserved them through the reception which is not pleasant. The price of the spa area is 5 euros, but if you have reserved the room through booking it is 15 euros!

I really liked the property it was cozy and clean with great view ! Staff was very friendly and helpful! They explained all the single details to me about the place , massage was excellent! Breakfast was tasty! And of course location is great ! The only small things I did not like as the property is 4 star rated hotel , it would be great to have more toiletries (like shampoo was not there , toothpaste I requested along with the brash ) same for the mini bar (only water was inside ) /
