Nice Room. Very good Breakfast. Both pool and sauna was closed despite a booking confirmation that promised access! Pool was closed due to technical issues. At check-in we were told that the wellness/sauna would be available but when we later came back it was locked and we were told it was not available. WiFi was very weak in the room.

Everything was amazing Finally a 4 star hotel with great amenities The staff was exceptional and very professional and helpful, rooms are cozy modern and cute with beautiful terrace. The spa and the pool also really good In the evening they also have soft live music which is very romantic Highly recommended, it remains my favorite place in Bormio -

The combination between location,spa,food,space,swimming pool and comfort to be taken by minibus to the skiing area. The heating in the junior suite was not controllable. It was toooo hot. We had to open the balcony door. Awful beds, too hard.

Nice renovated rooms, very friendly staff (special greetings to barmen Bruno), good food, fast and available shuttle to elevator, 10min walking to old town. No ventilation system in the room, no vegetables on breakfast
