I would improve the breakfast options

Wonderful family!

The B&B Hotel is in the middle of Bormio, with its own private parking area, and is easy walking to anyplace around town. We had a secure storage area for our bicycles. We had a family suite room, which was very spacious, and a balcony looking up at the ski slope and beautiful mountains. The family run hotel was very helpful during our stay. Nothing.

Location was superb. 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants. Parking next door was very convenient. Room was spacious and beds were comfortable. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. We travelled the Umbrail and Stelvio pass on our motorcycle and the route was only 10 min away. Breakfast had nice variety with choice of eggs. Great town to explore with gorgeous scenery. There was no air conditioning but we could open the windows.

Terrific position. Ample parking. Great , The beds were amazing. Never slept better in a hotel in my life. The cleaning staff did an amazing job, I would have never expected this kind of service. The sweets from the breakfast tray were exceptional. I'm not a huge fan of steam egg cookers. But that's just a pet peeve of mine

location was great, short walking distance to main sightseeings around. room was clean, bathroom was spacious. breakfast was poor. not much variety. except the man in reception, the staff (2 women) were very grumpy and unfriendly. during breakfast we were told you can have one tea and one coffee only, if more, it would be charged as extra. this is something very unusual for an open buffet breakfast.

Location, everything is close by but still super quiet and safe area, there is parking available. Good breakfast. Friendly waitresses at the breakfast too! Our room was quite compact, bathroom a bit out-dated, however very charming and warm atmosphere! Ski room was just a room, no private lockers with heaters.

Lovely Charming family run hotel, with a lot of character. Very clean and a central location, near to many wonderful restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Location was great Man at reception was very nice Hotel was very clean Breakfast quality was good Ladies at the hotel serving breakfast were very rude we were in shock . We were given dirty looks for having 2 eggs each at breakfast and when other customers asked for more eggs she shamed us in-front of them . For the rest of the trip they completely ignored us at breakfast when wanting to order coffee . And were giving us dirty looks everything they went past . It ruined our experience at the hotel completely.

Good location, great rooms. No bar facilities open through the day time. Staff at breakfast a little grumpy.

Good location, nice breakfast Honestly I think the price was too high. Reception is not open 24h. We couldn’t leave our suitcases there the day of the check out because the hotel was closing.
