Pretty clean room. Loved the jacuzzi. Bring your bathing suit because if you have neighbors it is not fully private. Night noise! One night there was a party on the property (with fireworks close to our room) . We should have received a heads up on that and it is contradiction with the “peace”/“tree”/“nature” theme… Breakfast too limited. Mostly sweet pastries. All other items had minimal quantity. Bed is very small/too short .

Modern, comfortable, stylish, great breakfast, excellent and friendly staff who allowed us to secure our luggage for free whilst we ventured out. Adjacent events space was a little noisy during our stay as they hosted an event / celebration but not too late into the evening.

The team at pachamama, could not have been more helpful or welcoming. The hotel itself is lovely - clean, comfortable and exceptionally well looked after. The outside space that comes with each room is such a bonus. We had glorious sunshine while we were there and to relax in our own space with a hot tub and sun beds after the hustle and bustle of Naples, it was just perfection. But it is the extremely hard working team on reception, serving breakfast and housekeepers who make this hotel special. A massive thank you to Paolo and his colleagues for looking after us. Nothing.

Absolutely loved our stay at the hotel. The staff were wonderful, very helpful and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us. The breakfasts were fantastic. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to any other travellers.

Site is modern and clean with a nice breakfast and parking included. Best part is the staff, always very friendly, attentive in each moment. They made the stay even better. Btw, nice Italian restaurant behind the hotel, don’t forget to reserve. There is an events place beside the hotel but unless you have really light sleep it won’t be a problem. We stayed in weekend with two weddings and we slept great!

So clean, modern and the staff were so helpful and accommodating Nothing, brilliant stay!

Friendly helpful staff, great bed & bedding and good parking (car is a must due to location) Shower enclosure leaks causing damp on walls and slip hazards. Jacuzzi not warm on arrival & no chemicals used, ours looked clean but had a clear biofilm making it very slippery and not actually clean so never used. Noise from party venue immediately in-front of room patio can be very noisy and lots of road noise too. Card door locking unreliable, found room actually unlocked twice on return from days out and other rooms had same issue No coffee just tea bags in room

Perfekt Nothing

Good clean property. Perfect location if you are driving to Pompeii. Close to Vesuvius too. Rooms very comfortable, nice terrace with a jacuzzi Breakfast was excellent. Filled us up. Free car parking. Would stay again Hotel in unmanned overnight - we didn’t know this. After 8pm ensure you have the gate key. We did visit in January. It may be different in Summer.

The hosts were very kind and helpful. Everything was very convenient. Very good location to stay and see gems as Sorrento, Amalfi, Positano and Napoli

The room was very nice and well equipped. The bed was super comfortable and I slept very good. The hotel has its own parking together with the event location. The breakfast was good and the staff is really nice and helpful. It’s a good place to stay when going to Vesuv and Pompeji. Breakfast could start a little earlier :)
