We loved our stay. The host, Ciro, was available to answer all our questions and gave us great advice of places to go and things to see, where to eat. And breakfast was so good, everyday.

host, room #2 says bad. I didn't write that perfect for what itis

Ciro was extremely helpful. Everything we wanted to do, he had helpful hints that made the visits and activities extra special and helpful. The room we had was just what we needed. Comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Balcony off the room was pleasant and had a nice view. Oh, and the breads and pastries Ciro provided were amazing! Great location for access to train or drive into Pompeii and other Vesuvius sites.

Ciro was such an amazing host! Attentive to my needs and beyond! The location is very convenient to visit Mt. Vesuvius (the entrance close by was temporarily closed) and Pompeii. He also proceeded to help me get my ticket for Vesuvius and shared valuable information about Pompeii. I recommend staying there. The view from the room was gorgeous. The only thing is that is the smoking house if that is an issue for anyone.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming bed and breakfast. Conveniently located just a short drive from both Pompeii and Naples, it was the perfect base for exploring the area — yet it felt like a peaceful escape from the busy tourist spots. The setting is quiet and serene, surrounded by nature, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day of sightseeing. What truly made our stay unforgettable, though, were the owners, Ciro and Paola. They were incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming — going above and beyond to make us feel at home. From thoughtful local tips to delicious breakfasts, their hospitality made all the difference. Nothing!

Great host, really kind and helpful. This is the best value for money in the area. Transport is the best way to get around. Space is tight for bigger vehicles but just let the host know and he will help

Very, Very Nice Hosts! You can always count on Ciro, he is helpful, he shares a lot of useful information - where to park, how to get around, what to see... The breakfast is also the best! We preferred a savory breakfast, so we got fresh meat pastries, fresh bread, cold cuts, cheese..., but there was also fruit, vegetables, yogurts, according to all needs. Great! The real plus is the view from the balcony, the sea, the island of Capri, and in the evening the beautifully lit coast and the mountains! I recommend it to everyone!

We had a wonderful time in Trecase in B&B Giardino di Villa Anna. Amazing views from the balcony and extraordinary cleaning and eccellenti service, Elegantly design, especially the bathroom was so beautiful.For us who were traveling by car it was a very pleasant surprise have a free parking inside their villa, safe and with video surveillance. The owner Ciro was very kind and helpful, he booked us a personal guide for the Pompeii excavations and purchased for us the tickets for Vesuvius and also booked us a table at a great restaurant right across the street at very reasonable prices. Excellent breakfast both sweet and savory. We really enjoyed eating the freshly baked bread still warm, there was also ham cheese eggs and orange juice, coffee, tea, milk. We always travel with our dog Sam and it was a great pleasure to find a bowl of fresh water for him in the room.Thanks! Would come back anytime.

Very cozy, clean, and comfortable stay! A house with history and authentic Italian charm. The host was incredibly kind, attentive, and wonderful, making sure our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We truly felt at home and would gladly return!

I loved my short vacation at b&b Giardino di Villa Anna.Chiro is excellent host, the house and garden were just gorgeous and breakfast really delicious with fresh fruits, fresh pastry and fresh moka coffee:) It is quiet area and quiet house - no noises from the street or other rooms. I loved sitting on my terrace, watching the Sea and Capri Island! Chiro also found me a tour guide for the Pompeii excavations and bought me tickets for Vesuvius. Convenient and safe video-monitored parking for our car!Chiro also booked me a table at an excellent restaurant which is located right in front of the property. It was a perfect stay and i will recommend it to my friends.Thanks for everithing!

Our stay was amazing! Our hosts ,Ciro and Paola were really nice, helpfull and full of understanding since we wanted earlier check in.The Bed and breakfast is PERFECTLY cleaned ,our room was Fantastic with a sea view , Aircondition,Bathroom large and new, parking inside with automatic gate.Pompeii ruins,Vesuvius,Naples,Hercolanum, Oplontis Villa Poppea,Sorrento coast were very close. Also safe neigborhood and location.Ciro let us rent a scooter directly at the Bed and Breakfast and this was a great convenience for us. Highly recommend this place to stay!

We had an amazing time staying at Ciro's place! He helped us rent a car, which made it super easy to explore all the local attractions. Every morning, we looked forward to the delicious breakfast with fresh croissants and bread. The internet was fantastic. Ciro was incredibly responsive and helpful, giving us a thorough introduction that made our stay perfect. He even helped us get to the airport on our last day. Thanks, Ciro!

Chiro, the owner, was wonderful! We wanted to rent a scooter and Ciro after 1 hour he satisfied us by letting us find a beautiful scooter directly at the bed and breakfast.. Thank you! We were able to check in early. When we arrived, Chiro took the time to give us a map of the area, recommending restaurants and the best way to access the Pompeii ruins and booked us tickets to Vesuvius. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean, comfortable, great air conditioning, brand new bathroom, and had a wonderful view of the Capri sea. Private closed and video-monitored parking with automatic gate. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone looking for a place to stay during a visit to Pompeii, Vesuvius, Herculaneum and the Amalfi Coast

I’m a frequent traveler, and have stayed at lots of different places. I’ve never met a host that friendly, helpful, and willing to make you comfortable as Ciro. We had a nice but short stay as a family, visiting Pompei area. I’ll stay at Ciro’s if I ever go again.

Very beautiful and spacious family villa, supermarket and a nice restaurant nearby, amazing breakfast and best hosts we've met in Italy. Absolutely recommend this place!

We were very happy with this wonderful B&B just walking distance from the Pompei and Vesuvius. We arrived by car and it was a pleasant surprise to have a car park with a reserved place, under video surveillance inside the property. The room was spacious and comfortable, modern fittings, and quiet ,with very good air conditioning and with the magnificent view of the garden and Vesuvius! The owners were very communicative and nice, and helped us with any question we had. It was the perfect location to explore Pompei, Herculaneum and Naples,Oplontis,AmalfitanCoast, all easy drives away. Walking distance restaurants, bakeries, shops and supermarket. We are environmentalists and we really appreciated that the property independently produces electricity through sunlight, respecting the environment! Thanks for everithing!

I cannot recommend this place highly enough, especially because Ciro and Paola are amazing hosts. Ciro went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, offering plenty of useful tips for every day of our visit, and helping us whenever needed. He even had the patience to let us practice our broken Italian, although both hosts speak perfect English. The breakfast was lavish, fresh and delicious; we had tomatoes from Vesuvius, cheese, salame, local pastries, and real Italian coffee. The room was large and comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the amenities one could ask for. The highlight was definitely the balcony with a stunning view of Sorrento and the bay, and there was also a beautiful garden with plenty of shadow. It was the perfect spot to relax and take in the beauty of the surroundings, and a great base for visiting the region with a car. Even though the house is secluded, within one minute walk there is a supermarket, a coffee shop and a fabulous restaurant, very popular with the locals. Overall, great experience!

Great Experience! We stayed in this wonderful bed and breakfast because we wanted to visit Vesuvius, in fact from the structure in 10 minutes on foot there is the entrance to Vesuvius.The service wasboutstanding, and the host was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The room was very nice,beautiful view,with the air conditioning, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere that ensureda restful night's sleep. Breakfast was much appreciated, with delicious coffee that started our day off perfectly. We also really enjoyed having access to the beautiful garden. It was nice to have our morning coffee there and relax at the end of the day. A further advantage was having free, closed and video-monitored parking for our car. We were also able to bring our cat "Phil"! It was a perfect stay! Thank you

You are staying in a suite in a beautiful house with a great view over the mountains and the sea. The location is perfect if you like a calmer environment but still want to be close to all the sights like Pompei, mount Vesuvio and the beautiful beaches around Sorrento (best to reach by short car or scooter ride). Still, there are some reastaurants in walking distance with authentic italian cuisine and the great hosts, Ciro and Paola will make you feel very welcome and help you with their knowledge about the sights and the area. The breakfast is exceptional!
