We love this hotel - the rooms are very comfortable and large but it’s really the amazing staff that makes the difference - from the valets to front desk and housekeeping and room service. Everyone is top notch in an era where most hotels are barely adequate. Well done!

Place was beautiful and staff were great
-
Arrived late and not many food options. Room service was delayed. But otherwise a beautiful place!
-
The hospitality was second to none. The food was stupendous and the views were breathtaking. Also perfect location.

Too expensive for what it was Just the value for money.

Everything was wonderful!

We weren't quite sure what to expect in a hotel in the heart of Boston but were extremely pleased with the experience and the room. The room/suite was a perfect size to relax in after a busy day seeing the sights of the city, and while our view was of the city and not the harbor, it was nonetheless wonderful. The room was appointed very tastefully and invited you to rest, The hotel and room had an air of quiet luxury which we did not expect. We very much enjoyed having breakfast by the dock/water and each time, the wait staff were so friendly and helpful. There is no question we will stay there again should our plans take us to Boston. Thanks helping to make our anniversary trip so great!

Nice location on the waterfront and close proximity to historical locations Excessive price for the actual service of the hotel

Hotel was very nice, but when we went it was not the best time...SO MANY PEOPLE!!!! In the lobby it felt as if we where in Grand Central Station. The lobby was soooo busy that it was not pleasant. For breakfast we were expected to make reservation! We had to go out and find a dinner to eat...expeted waiting time was 45 minutes! I was not impress with my choise.

The view from our room on the 16th floor was absolutely breathtaking. We could not have asked for a more incredible view of Boston's spectacular skyline. Our room was spotless upon arrival and impeccably maintained throughout our stay by your outstanding housekeeping staff. I would especially like to recognize Dimitri in Reservations for his exceptional assistance in arranging an additional small refrigerator and an oxygen concentrator for our room due to medical needs. Traveling with special accommodations can often be stressful, but Dimitri handled every request with professionalism, compassion, and efficiency, putting all of our concerns completely at ease. His attention to detail and willingness to help made a meaningful difference in our trip. We truly cannot recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel highly enough. Thank you to the entire team for providing such an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to returning in the near future.

The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The room was well maintained and well stocked with supplies throughout my stay, and the hotel is in a great location. I had a very pleasant experience and would happily stay here again.
-
The overall experience and the attention given to toddlers and children were amazing. It is also worth mentioning that even the crib was excellent, which made our stay much more comfortable. We truly appreciated the level of service and attention to detail.
-
From check in to check out and everything in between the service was amazing. Amazing views from warf view rooms. And the hotel is beautiful. Location and amazing service. Couldn’t ask for more.

The location is great and amenities are great

The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to make our stay memorable. The hotel bar was excellent, with great cocktails and a welcoming atmosphere, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. If you’re planning a trip to Boston and want an exceptional waterfront experience, I highly recommend the Boston Harbor Hotel. A special thank you to Demetri for making sure we had the perfect room—we can’t wait to return.

- The sound insulation is non-existent, extremely loud at night, impossible to sleep - The kitchen in the restaurant and the bar closes extremely early, effectively you can’t have anything to eat at 9PM. The staff at the restaurant were pretty rude about it, too. So, if you are visiting from West Coast - pack snacks, I guess…
-
A fantastic stay. The room was so comfortable and cleaned carefully every day. Room overlooked the harbor and the activity of boats but it was peaceful and calm. We LOVED our stay and definitely will return when we’re back in Bean Town!

Great experience overall.
