Our stay at the InterContinental Boston was lovely! The hotel has a beautiful ambiance, and the customer service was excellent. I brought a few concerns to the attention of the front desk, and the team handled everything with professionalism and care. My husband’s status was honored, and we were also granted a late checkout, which we truly appreciated. The food was okay, but overall, the wonderful service and atmosphere made for an enjoyable stay.

This place was incredible! Super friendly and generous staff. Slept like a baby in a huge room (was upgraded for free to a suite with free breakfast too!). Loved the giant soaking bathtub in the room - which had a window to look across the room and out at the Boston harbor / seaport skyline. Super walkable- right across from the greenway. We had fun watching the Red Sox game at Biddie Earlie’s pub, and walked to the North End for an Italian Feast. Can’t wait to come back!

Our room and room amenities were perfect, clean tidy and ample space. Overall a 3.5 to 4. Needs more overview and feedback to staff.

Room and bed were excellent, price point also very good. Location very convenient for business. The bar arrangement, the hotel has a beautiful outdoor plaza area bordering the water and the bar doesn't open until 3pm. Went next door to a very nice air conditioned bar instead but wished I had been outside in the July sun.

Unfortunately, I had the worst view of my traveling experiences. I understood I might not have the best views but my room faced directly into a brick wall and some abandoned offices. It was creepy to say the very least and we kept the curtains closed. I just wanted to warn other travelers.
