Great hotel, room, staff, location, pet friendly!

Exceptional

We booked a deluxe room, more than $300 per day, we were given a room that did not correspond to the description and photo. Everything is very worn out and old - furniture, armchair, bedside tables are all in very bad condition, the repair was carried out pointwise - what is smeared, glued looks very bad. The breakfast is of very poor quality. This hotel is clearly not what you expect for $300 per night. The only plus is a good location.

the location was convenient and the staff was extremely helpful and professional. I like the water dispenser on each floor. that helps.

Clean large room. Great location. Quiet. Absolutely no complaints. I'll stay again when I'm next in Boston.

The staff were excellent. The location is perfect. The kitchenette had no utensils or plates. The toilet did not flush well. Only one cozy chair in a room with a queen bed. There should have been two. It was quiet and clean. All in all, a great stay.

Slightly older hotel but still nice. Convenient locations for Boston highlights.

The hotel is inconvenient location with the pub next door accessible from the hotel. The parking is few blocks over it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Make sure that you have a working TV in room #512!

I just stayed at the Club Quarters hotel for 5 days. The location is excellent. And the staff was very helpful, especially Annalisa. Annalisa went above & beyond to make our stay nice.

Note: luggage cart wheels kind of suck Another note: the water filling stations on every floor was awesome!! Nice perk. Parking: had to park a few blocks away in a parking structure. $27 a day is a good price in the city. Easy loading/unloading zone right in front of hotel. Staff: Very friendly!! Very helpful! Location: fantastic! Can walk to the wharf in about 15-20 minutes. Right next to a great pub Elephant & Castle. Can walk to shops in 10 minutes and the Freedom Trail is right there too!! Recommend the whale watching tour thru Boston Harbor city cruises. That was amazing! Book ahead. Great food at Granery Tavern and Taco Azul. Would stay here again. But hopefully we get a room with a better shower next time. Our other family members were in room 708 and their shower was normal size.

I would stay again. Not sure about the 4-star rating. Staff are amazing.

We got upgraded without even asking. Coffee, tea and different types of water are available 24 hours. The service was perfect from the start to the end.

Disappointing

Good location- easy to walk to Boston Common, Faneuil Hall, Downtown Crossing, Long Wharf etc. Free tea, coffee, water, sparkling water available in ‘Club Lounge’ and water/ice available near our room. As hotel is located in a predominantly ‘business’ area there are very few eating places open locally in the evening. We ate in the hotel ‘pub’ once but the food wasn’t great. Our ‘Deluxe’ Bedroom was small as was bathroom (though shower was ok and towels were soft). ‘Wardrobe’ was only a small cupboard with some hangers and some drawers inside. Bed was small (but comfortable). The room was classed as ‘deluxe’ because it had a small refrigerator, microwave and Nespresso machine. Used cups weren’t always replaced when room was cleaned. Also, there are no safes in the bedrooms. There is a safe deposit box facility at Reception which is free- but not ideal.

Very nice staff. Enjoyed the stay
