Staff were very friendly yet professional. Nice property
-
All staff that we encountered beginning with check-in, to housekeeping, to valet services were extremely helpful and pleasant.
-
Courtois, service de valet très efficace. Point faible, : bar fermer a 10h… pas de dépanneur à l intérieur. Mais sommes toutes très belle expérience. Merci! 👌

The overall property was beautifully maintained. Great experience and very nice staff

We enjoyed our stay at the AKA HOTEL. It perfectly located for every activity we had planned: ICA Derrick Adams exhibit, near the T, Newbury Street, and Fenway Park. The room was well maintained every day and the staff was wonderful.

Very nice and new and great location

Counter staff excellent, cleaning person good, breakfast was vey good. Room was way over priced; window was of a brick wall with next to no daylight, air condition soaked the floor in a 4 foot radius in one overnight, near elevator, no light over coffee bar even though there was a wire present and space was small making the coffee maker useless, and bathroom floor tile is very cold. One additional comment about the reservation process. When you show taxes and fees as the cost you neglect to say destination charges are extra. $40 added to the price you said it would be. Disappointing.

Nice stay in central downtown location. Great renovation, good size rooms with comfortable bed and chairs. Decent restaurant onsite and next door to Beantown Pub. Ask for 16th floor or higher for view.
-
Room outdated, wanted 30 min checkout extra since arrived 2 am and no help, only hot water, shower terrible…

I had a great experience!!
-
Great location, valet parking, good restaurant on site, helpful staff and nice room.
-
All of the elevators were out of service at one point during our stay and our room was on the 18th floor. Obviously we couldn’t access our room until at least 1 of the 3 elevators was restored (including the freight staff elevator).
-
Parking isn’t available at this hotel other than valet and city parking isn’t close by, a good 10 minute walk. We got a knock at the door from cleaning staff trying to come and clean the room at 9 am both days which was way too early. We would’ve appreciated if they waited until at least 10 am.

A terrific location in a very walkable area. Everything right there. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. All we could have asked for

The room was dark, well worn and felt dirty. Used Lysol wipes to clean the bathroom counter and other surfaces. And why why why are there illuminated buttons on the headboard? It lit the bed up all night, which was annoying. Not great soundproofing either. Only one elevator was working most of the time so people were waiting 15 minutes for an elevator to check out. No amenities in the room except for body lotion and oh yes, the robe. For the very expensive price, I do not recommend. Find a nicer place to stay that scares about customer service.

Great location and a perfect hotel for a quick weekend getaway!
