The staff were very nice and helpful, the room was very clean BUT I have never stayed in a room that was so uncomfortably small… even in Europe! There was nowhere to sit down except for the bed. The shower was so small that all 5 ft tall Of me had trouble turning around. I had to walk sideways with my back literally sliding along the wall in order to get into bed.

The hotel was in a perfect location! Spotless, great restaurant for breakfast and coffee but the staff was what really stood out. They were amazing!!!!

Beautiful hotel in an excellent location. Extremely pleasant and helpful front desk staff. Lovely bar and restaurant with a fun vibe. Also really enjoyed the live guitar in the lobby. A nice stay overall!

The location was, of course, unbeatable. If you want to be right in the middle of everything, this is the place to stay. We’re not usually fans of chain hotels, but we had to book this one very last minute. It actually exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, and everything worked exactly as it should. If only someone could get the front desk staff to smile once in a while...

This hotel is located right in the heart of downtown Boston and is a fab location to walk to everything! Staff were so helpful. Only a $20 Uber ride from the airport or subway is a 2 min walk away - I did both
