Hyatt Regency Boston

Good property close to the boston commons!

This is a conveniently located hotel in downtown Boston within walking distance of most attractions or the hop on hop off trolley which takes you to all the attractions. Customer service was excellent. Front desk and restaurant staff were polite and courteous. The room was clean. The water pressure was good in the shower. We had a city view and it was beautiful. The restaurant served good food, although it was a tad bit pricey which is the norm at most hotels. They also have snacks you can buy in the front. Overall a good stay. The hotel definitely lives up to the Hyatt name. We will be back again.

The wrong room was assigned to us when we checked in.

We really enjoyed our stay, location excellent, food excellent, facilities excellent, our room was lovely, spacious and clean.

Every year I stayed this hotels it is very good.

Very clean hotel and helpful staff. Restaurant very overpriced. Willie was especially helpful with our luggage and information. Good location to walk to many sites.

Only thing I wasn't happy with was the surprise fees at check in but everything else was amazing

Excellent location Entrance and reception are a bit out of shape

From the very beginning to staff was friendly and enthusiastic to help. Room was ready early and we even qualified for an upgrade to a room with a view. Got some free chowder chips to use during our stay. Walking distance to almost anything you can think of, and an Uber is always within 5 minutes. Valet was great, virtually no time to wait. Will 100% stay here again on our next visit.

Wait hotel , friendly helpful staff. Ideally located near South Station, China Town, Downtown crossing, Theater district, Boston command more. Will definitely stay here again

The front desk staff were unfriendly, the room was poorly cleaned, and tissues and toilet paper were not replenished.

The two bell hop men who helped with our luggage upon arrival and departure were excellent, welcoming and thoughtful. Upon arrival I didn't get the name of the gentleman but he was as good as Willy who was so helpful including offering directions on how to get to the highway. The cleaning crew was also very pleasant and did a nice job. Lastly the concierge was was helpful and friendly.
