I cancelled my visit. I did not stay there. I spoke with the finance manager who cancelled my visit and have still been charged $7300. This is ridiculous and robbery . I have made numerous calls to “ booking.com” and cannot get past an Ai “agent “ or voice. Booking.com is a scam. It makes nonsense for me to have to pay you over seven thousand dollars when my stay was cancelled and the rooms were probably used by someone else.
