W Boston, a Marriott Hotel

Superb

Returned to Boston in our annual trip to drop off kids at camp in NH. The W has become a tradition for our family. The staff is always helpful and welcoming. It is nice to return to see familiar faces year after year. Location is amazing and overall a great experience

Our stay was wonderfull , staff was friendly and helpful, food was good ,

Very good

But rooms good size and kept very clean. Nice extras like free drinks in reception area. Issues resolved by staff (who were friendly and helpful) v promptly. Hotel can’t control the street noise which was primarily the result of a great location - everything including park within walking distance.

Traveling for business. Room was large comfortable and clean. Will stay here again!

It is very modern and felt somewhat inconvenient. But perhaps that is just for my taste. The location was great. The staff was great. It was loud and I did not like the feel of it. But I also don’t regret staying there.

Great Location and Atmosphere.

Lovely, spacious room. Quite central and we walked everywhere. Not much.

Amazing staff and breakfasts. Very comfy beds. Beautiful decor. It was extremely expensive as we stayed during the World Cup, but at least we were well looked after. Would have liked to be able to crack open a window for fresh air.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff excellent. Clean and updated. Location was perfect for all the venues that we wanted to see. This hotel would be perfect if you could sound proof it. The score is lower from me, strictly due to the loudness and noise of the street down below. I had read other reviews about this noise and asked for a higher floor room , which we received. Again, staff was excellent and I was grateful. But when it came to sleeping, the car noise, horns, police sirens and revved engines from the street below was too much. Even the AC blasting could not drown out the noise below. A shame really, because the location was perfect. But I need it to be more quiet.

Poor

The staff was great. Unfortunately this hotel is next to a club. All night until 4am, you'll hear cars beeping and people outside being loud. It was horrible. I live in the city so I'm used to noisy environments but this was far worse. My guest and I checked out hours earlier than planned due to this. We were annoyed from lack of sleep and had a long drive ahead. No good city views either from the rooms. No indoor pool. Wouldn't stay here again.
