the room looked like it needs a refresh. It had too much wear and tear. There is no fridge in room with snacks. Front desk staff was not helpful with restaurants in the area
-
Excellent location, bevy station in the lobby was great. Close to public transportation and walking to nearby restaurants and attractions.

Be advised the price quoted on Expedia, although it says all fees included, does not include all fees. There is a ~$49 a night resort fee. That fee includes coffee and tea in the lobby, some discounts and copies and package management( nothing we needed or were interested in). We wanted to get tea from the tea station one night but there was no decaf so we asked the person at the desk and they said they only have what is out - it can’t be replenished. There is a hotel bar but it closes at 10:00. There is room service but it also finishes at 10:00. Parking is in the public lot next door. We were able to check- in a little early.

Great rooftop bar. Room was quiet and stay was good!

Hotel was great for my bachelor party! Hotel was very accommodating, clean and staff was great! They were even able to put our rooms next to each other so that was helpful. Can’t beat the location. 4 minute walk to the Common and there are a ton of restaurants and things to do nearby.

Balcony view from our room of the 4th of July fireworks over the Charles was spectacular!!

One towel short upon arrival and the shower water pressure was inconsistent / weak. We -also accidentally received a bottle of champagne on ice they said to keep (thanks!). Other than that, room was clean, location is great, and the rooftop deck and whole ambiance is really nice. I’d stay here again.

This is an ok hotel. Reasonable price for the area. It was more outdated than i expected but the beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean. The decor is silly but relative to the area. The rooftop bar was fun in the evening.

Staff was the best! Super clean! Great customer service

Very clean hotel. Nice staff.

The female front desk clerk was amazing! The room and balcony were a good size, the lobby and amenities were great. The room was a little worn and outdated, and the bathroom shower grout needed a good cleaning. The shampoo and body wash dried our skin after the shower. It was a good day.

Amazing location, spacious rooms, clean property

Lovely hotel, in a good location that is closed to lots of sights. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel could do with some upgrades but nothing too drastic. Only complaint is our room often didn’t get cleaned until 330/4pm which was slightly inconvenient as we often returned to the hotel around this time each day for some rest before heading out for the night. Room would be cleaned quickly but we had to sit in the lobby while this was happening. I believe this was because we were on one of the lowest floors. Would stay again but request a higher floor.

This is a great modern hotel located a couple of blocks from Boston Commons. You can walk to many tourist sites, and there's a subway station close by which made it very easy to get to Fenway for a game. They also gave us a free upgrade to a suite. The wifi was basically unusable. I tried to login to the free wifi multiple times, and it just didn't work.

The hotel charges ~$50 daily fee above and beyond what you pay via Expedia. The things that are provided by the fee are provided for free by most hotels. It is a scam!
