Breakfast was complimentary during our stay and was actually very good, which was a nice surprise. I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because the rooms are extremely small. Once you have a couple of suitcases in the room, you are literally trying not to trip over them. Noise can also be an issue, so I would strongly recommend asking for a room on a higher floor. I think this hotel is perfect for younger couples or friends coming to Boston to go out, enjoy the nightlife, and have fun. I’m not sure I would choose it for a family trip, especially if you want more space and a quieter atmosphere. Overall, a very cool, modern hotel in a great location — just know what type of experience you are getting.

The location is great for staying in downtown near enough to south station, but right near everything on Tremont St. There were plenty of working elevators for my friend using crutches to navigate the building. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and private, and had a nice view. The rooms are a little tight for anyone with accessibility needs. My friend was on crutches, and we were constantly having to shuffle around each other to get anywhere in the room, even just to get out of it. The temp charges and fees are a bit high for what you are getting compared to other hotels in the area, and I couldn't prepay for the stay, which made check in take longer than it could have otherwise.

Laura made our trip extra special. The hotel staff is really attentive to all details and the amenities in my opinion are amazing. The breakfast is made to order. The bar is really lively and they have a lot of events throughout the week. The property is walking distance from shops and restaurants. If you like walking from this location, you can get just about anywhere on foot but there’s also two or three train stations really close.

Loved staying at Moxy! The hotel was very clean and smelt nice, staff was very helpful and friendly, and the room was very comfortable. Also the decorations and personal touches were so nice! The only downside was there was no on site parking, and there was no valet. Parking was about a 5-8 minute walk away.

Perfect location - close to Boston Common, Public Garden, Beacon Hill, transport etc. The view of the city from the room was amazing. You get $35 credit to spend in the hotel and a cocktail/beer voucher The staff were so friendly and accommodating - I forgot my phone charger and they were happy to loan me one for my stay. The room was modern and comfy, and was equipped with a steamer Light sleepers may want to consider booking a room at the back of the property - the noise from the road can be loud, even at night but it didn’t stop me from sleeping.

3 night stay: I was not super impressed with the staff. The front desk guy was rude. When 2 of my friends checked in before me, they were given a bunch of credits to use at the property. They were also given welcome drinks. I wasn't given anything. When I asked the guy about it the next day he was very rude again. I probably would not recommend their hotel to any one in the future. Do better.

The rooms are a little smaller, and I got the one with the city view, but the city view that I had was not the greatest. It did lack a fridge or microwave to reheat food. Overall it was clean.
