The Godfrey Hotel Boston

The layout of the room was interesting, but other then that, the location was great. The staff were all super nice and helpful.

Clean room, helpful front desk staff, great location and great lobby sitting area. Only room for improvement is that the lobby bar is open limited hours, and the steep resort fee which doesn’t include too much.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location one block from Boston Commons.

The bed was not very comfortable, other than that, the stay was great.

Very comfortable bed, excellent location right next to the Opera House and Ruka restaurant (outstanding meals!). Easy walk to South Station and Chinatown. Prices fluctuate wildly - sometimes this is a super deal and other times special events drive the price up. Watch for deals

The accommodations were excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was amazing.

Incredibly clean and beautiful hotel. Staff was super friendly. Most comfortable hotel bed I’ve ever slept in. Definitely plan on returning!

Great place! Staff were very helpful and loved the free snacks and sparkling water machine. Will stay there again.

Exceptional

The staff was very good. The room was small but clean and comfortable. I liked the red light that automatically came on when entering the bathroom. I liked the water and snacks in the room. 10% discount at cafe around the corner. Location was good. No refrigerator in room. Snacks could be healthier. We experienced some construction noise in the early a.m.

Superb

Excellent stay from front desk, baggage assistance, bartender, to cleaning staff. Only minor hiccup was waiting for possibility of early check-in. Waited for several hours and never received text, so checked in at 3. No biggie, just would have been good to get an update while waiting. Outstanding stay otherwise!

Exceptional

Staff, location, and room was good and comfy The only thing I didn't like was the tv, the color were way off so it was difficult to watch and I couldn't fix it and the tv only worked about 85% of the time.
