Great for families

First, if you are catching a cruise ship, this is the place to stay. Very short maybe three block walk to the terminal. Breakfast at hotel is standard hotel stuff. Room was comfortable. We had a kitchen which was nice. You can walk to long wharf or the freedom trail if you like to walk. It is about 1.7 miles one way. There are a few restaurants in walking distance- maybe 15 minute walk. We also walked .8 miles to a grocery. But we are walkers. Not too much around there if you don’t walk or have a car handy.

This is the best hotel complex to stay while on your trips to Boston. I've stayed here two times now and I'll definitely stay here again. Close to the airport, easy to ride public transportation and within walking distance of so many things. Also just a quick car ride to downtown via uber or lyft. The hotel is neat, clean, and very inviting, plus the staff is GREAT!!!!

Pleasant

The gym was very clean and had a really good amount of room, equipment and weights. Breakfast was ok for a free hotel breakfast but you quickly get tired of the same items daily and there were tons of fruitflies unfortunately. Unfortunately you also had to walk at least .5 miles for the nearest restaurants besides one which isn't a lot however can be a chore if you have a child or are elderly. Also no restaurant on site which would have made the stay that much better but luckily there is the one bar/restaurant Moxies right behind the hotel that had pretty good food although overpriced and we discovered a cafe with food inside of the same building toward the end of our stay. Overall pleased with the quality and only taking off one start due to the minor inconveniences.

A+ great place for a few nights in the seaport

Stayed in suite with 2 queens on 8th FL for a week. Spacious and clean. Great view of the harbor. Desk staff were helpful and nice. Easy check in and out. Can hear planes but relatively quiet otherwise. Close walk to bus stops, convention center and restuarants (15-20min). Decent breakfast but can get busy and crowded. Felt safe staying there and walking at night around Seaport and over bridge to South end to dine as a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. Grub Hub delivers there which was a nice when we were too tired after a long day to go out for dinner. Would stay there again.

Great location, nice facilities, the gym was pretty good, better than most hotel gyms; breakfast in 2 places was good, much less crowded. Using paper plates, cups and plastic cutlery is atrocious, and very wasteful. This really needs to change as you profess to be environmentally friendly- this practice is not.

More diversity in the environment.

Very happy with the stay! Hotel was beautiful clean, and in a pretty convenient location if you enjoy walking! Worst thing was parking, but we figured it out and found the best way for it to work for us! Hotel room was clean, large and wonderful. Would definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was much better than average free hotel breakfast. It was crowded just before 9am but we were able to eat and find a table. We didn't cook, but it was nice to have real plates and glasses in the room. Wednesday reception was an unexpected treat! Bus stop right outside was an easy way to get downtown.
