Very noisy! Stayed on the 18th floor and could still hear the traffic downstairs in addition to doors slamming and the guest above walking around. Very small room

Clean rooms and exactly what I expect from an Omni hotel! Room AC could have worked a little better was set to 65 but would only get down to 70. Great location if attending a concert at the pavilion.

I absolutely loved my room\. It was spotless, comfortable, and had great A/C, which made my stay even more enjoyable\. The food at the hotel was amazing, and the breakfast was delicious as well. I especially loved the pool area and was happy to have some time to relax and enjoy it during my stay\. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and would definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean, comfortable place to stay with excellent staff and great amenities.

Very high end / beautiful place. Rooms were great. We got a sightseeing pass with one of the many hop on/hop off local buses. People everywhere we so nice. A fantastic area for history. Plenty of excellent boat excursions. Food was awesome.

Room and bed were clean for most part. Watching station chair was a bit dirty. Shower tiles were a bit gunked. No free breakfast at 5 star hotel. Inconvenient elevators. Small pool heavily packed.

Excellent hotel. Stayed on the 18th floor view was amazing. Pool at 9pm was amazing with great views. This is now my go to hotel.
