Food was not great. Check in staff indifferent and the room outdated. Great beds and pillows though!

The hotel is in a very good location and close to Faneuil Hall, the aquarium, and the North End. The Puttshack is around the corner, and, surprisingly, it was not only fun but also had great food. We definitely had issues with communication from the staff, but I reached out to management, and they took care of the situation. Most of the front desk staff were new and unable to answer our questions about the area. The bike rentals are complimentary, and our grandson enjoyed the pool. On out last day, we realized they have complimentary coffee at the fitness center. We didn't try the restaurants and didn't realize until we arrived home that they offered discounts if staying at the hotel listed on the back of a small card we were handed with our keys. I look forward to staying again now that I understand the amenities. It's in a great location. The valet attendant was wonderful; be sure to go to him with any parking questions.

We love staying at the Seaport!! Staff is amazing, property very well maintained. Also has a special place in our heart, daughter had her wedding reception at the Seaport.

Noise from laundry was evident and terrible our last night...kept us awake!!!

Because we got in so late, we grabbed dinner in the hotel restaurant before crashing. My only gripe about the restaurant was the uneven pace of service. I think five different people waited on us over the course of dinner, and the kitchen got way ahead of the waitstaff. The food itself was great. The Seaport area of Boston is modern, bustling, clean and filled with great restaurants. We were staying for just one night prior to a cruise, and it was perfect for our needs.

Every night was great! Love the location! We only had one complaint about the room not getting clean after hanging out all day. We were not sure what happened but we felt it was one off

My last stay was a bit disappointing, but I usually have a great experience at this hotel. Last visit, there were small hairs in the shower, there was a card that said I had a $15 credit to the restaurant downstairs but didn't specify it had to be dine in, and it was extremely loud (maybe because I was near the elevators)? The front desk service is always friendly though, and the location is great.
