It has everything you need and is located perfectly.

Breakfast just ok, but on both mornings there was a small lack of yoghurts and coffee or milk. Great location, nice, modern hotel, spacious room with all necessary facilities incluging fridge, microwave, cutlery, plates, etc. Staff very helpful and friendly. Poor sound proof from the other rooms on top, floor is wooden made, it was quite disturbing hearing other guests moving the furniture or making a steps above. Parking next to the hotel, 45 USD per full day, could be cheaper for the hotel guests.

Clean hotel with welcoming easy check in when I arrived at 10pm after a long day of travel. Comfortable A/C and a quiet room. Plenty of towels and hot water in the shower.

Excellent location. So easy to walk anywhere. Beautiful property with a cool design and very clean. Our room had a full kitchen which was a huge plus. The sofa bed was also remarkably comfortable. Breakfast was pretty basic. We actually opted to grab stuff from the Trader Joe’s across the street after the first day (having the kitchen really came in handy!). And room soundproofing is poor to say the least. Not the hotels fault at all, but screaming children in the room next door (parents - your children should NOT be screaming bloody murder at 10 pm!) sounded like they were in the room with us. If you are a light sleeper, the noise from the local restaurants at night and early morning by truck movement will wake you up

I liked the style of the hotel, the location, and the service. Because of Sail250, the Seaport was very busy, so it was nice that this hotel was a little tucked away and had a small lot we could temporarily park while checking in, before moving to the garage. We were there early, so the room was not ready, but they stowed our bags and texted us when it was. The front desk manager (I forgot to get her name) was lovely and gave us all the details we needed. My son was arriving late to Logan, and his name was added so when he arrived, he could come to the desk and get the extra key. It was very helpful that there was someone at the desk around the clock. Breakfast the next morning was included and had a nice selection. The staff was right on top of replacing things that were running out (forks, food, half & half) as it was very busy. Nothing actually. This was a more expensive hotel stay due to what was going on in Boston, and thankfully the staff and hotel supported that. Parking of course was extra, but it was right next door, easy to access, and less than I would have paid for the day and overnight someplace else in Boston.

The style of the building and history of the location were great and the room itself was unique for a Residence Inn. It really felt like it fit into the architecture of the building and was very comfortable and spacious. There were people playing soccer late one night in the hallway and the balls were being kicked off of the hallway walls outside our room and up and down the hallway. Also there were very loud bangs overhead, louder than usually expected in a normal hotel stay. There was a barking dog right next door that was barking for hours when we were trying to sleep to get up for our flight the next morning. These disturbances happened on different nights so I had to call down twice. I never call down when staying at a hotel for things typically. The staff was also notified on my checkout downstairs when they asked me how I liked my stay. I don't feel they cared too much about the loud disturbances right outside my room and above even though I called down and they asked about it when I left.
