The property and staff were really nice. Located near most central things in Boston. The room was rather lackluster and AC took forever to cooldown the room.

Hotel AKA Back Bay was one of my favorite hotel stays. Every staff member was genuinely friendly, the property was exceptionally clean, and the bed was so comfortable that I never once wished I were sleeping in my own!

Location, newer furnishings, friendly staff I think the bed was a double. Small. They had rooms ready to check in before 4pm but charged $50 to check in before 4pm

Our room was clean and spacious. Staff were very helpful at check-in. Breakfast was delicious and the location was perfect for enjoying the sights of Boston.

Large, modern, comfortable rooms in a great location Service was a little mixed. Pay attention to dust on aircon vents in room. No bar open until 4pm.

We stayed here for 6 nights, and it was excellent. The location is incredibly central to everything. You can get all over Boston with ease from here. Steps to Newbury Street. Staff were excellent, the building’s history is really interesting. My only “complaint” would be that the windows in our room were not at all soundproof, so it was quite loud at night from the street. But it was not a deal breaker. Overall, great hotel!
