Staypineapple, A Delightful Hotel, South End

Kind of a funky hotel on the outside, but once you got in the room it was great!

The staff were friendly & helpful. There was a problem with the water supply (due to building works next door) & staff kept us updated with the situation.

I needed a place to stay before taking an early flight back to the west coast. The location of this hotel is perfect if you’d like a comfortable bed, clean, cute room and ability to walk in charming South End. The price was so affordable I almost couldn’t believe it for the location. I will admit the bathroom was tiny, European style. Upgrade to a larger room if there’s two of you. Two thumbs up on this property.

The staff is very helpful. And welcoming. Location is. Good. Overall a very nice experience. The sidewalks. In the area. Are interesting. They are red brick very old fashioned. But not very comfortable to walk on.

The nice extras in the room. Pineapple engraved, nice towels, bedding. The entrance, front desk area, was unclean, messy, and very odd. The first impression was like walking into a 1 or 2 star old motel. The elevators and walls of the hallways were dirty with a lot of wear. The staff were not cordial!

Location was great and check in was easy It’s cute in decor but slightly run down 1 just slightly. It is an older building that has been painted to look clean.

The reception staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious, featuring a large and very comfortable bed. Highly recommended!

Overall pretty good value. Staff make up for hotel being just ok.

My absolute favourite aspect of this hotel was the European style bedding. Separate blankets is an absolute game changer, especially when sharing with a sibling. Staff was kind, no complaints on location, cleanliness was appropriate. Would stay again. Thanks!

I loved my stay at Staypineapple and will definitely be my go to when going to Boston. Loved the location, the room, the bed, bedding and the staff. It was all walkable to breakfast, events, shopping, and parking. A+++++

The attention, little details, made our stay special.

The hotel is cute but the rooms look kind of rough. Paint was cracked and chipping, could tell they tried to spot paint sections but the color didnt match the paint already there. I wanted to fall in love with it but my room was directly above the bar so extremely loud until about 1:30 am. Wouldn't have been such an issue but the TV channels didnt work and just had a message that the service was disconnected so I had nothing to help cover the noise. Woke up around 6 am to a dog constantly barking in another room. Amenities were nice, theme is super cute. I was just disappointed in the actual stay & inability to get sleep.

This is such a fun and funky hotel with a great vibe! We loved it.
