Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor

excellent location next to the airport with 24 hour shuttle. bed was comfortable. nice pillows. everything was very clean. would recommend to anyone.

The hotel overcharged me, they are charging me for a breakfast that we did not had. We left at 4 am, disputing extra charges on the amount of about $75

Clean room. Parking available but you need to pay

This is the perfect place to stay if you have an early flight out of Logan Airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is nice and the airport shuttle runs 24/7.

The floor we stayed on had dirty stained carpet. It was not the best feeling to see that before entering the room. Desk staff was ok, but I have had friendlier. I did eat some desert in the restaurant, and the waitress was very friendly.

The staff as always are exceptional. The views out of either side of the hotel mesmerized.

This property has a great location. They charged me some additional administrative fee at check out, which I disliked. A lot. Don't offer me discounts in the restaurant and free chowder, instead, eliminate the fee.

So nice and we had the beautiful view of the sea which was my favorite part. Clean bathrooms which I care about a lot. The shower wasn’t dirty toilet was good, clean sink. Clean bed too.

Solid hotel and very close and convenient to the Boston airport. Great views of the city

The room was very nice, comfy beds and beautiful view of the harbor. Liked being on the 15th floor for the view. We used the water taxi to get around which was convenient and fun.. staff was friendly and we enjoyed the complimentary chowder!

Excellent hotel, ample parking, great staff and a fantastic restaurant and amenities — all with a view that can’t be beat. We will definitely stay here during our next Boston trip!

Location is excellent for early flight I booked too early and ended up with left over funds in my booking.com wallet and having trouble figuring out how to use those

This was the ideal place to stay in Boston. The view of the harbor is unmatched. We grabbed a water taxi right outside of the hotel. The restaurant and bar were fantastic.

Friendly staff, great location. But food was mediocre and hotel is looking a little worn.
