This was a great place to stay!

Location was undefeated. It was cleaner and nicer than any hostel I’ve stayed in overseas as well.

Amenities above & beyond. Rooms are pretty clean. There’s also a lounge at the top floor for work/study. Location is pretty good; it’s next to the TD Garden as well as the North Station transit center.

The location is excellent for travelers catching the commuter rails to northern and coastal cities. Staff really helpful.

one night stay for flight the next day. Stayed in the tall stall type pod. Bed was good, light, fan, 2 outlets and usb a and c plugs. Bed was electric so you could raise the head portion only. Place is clean, rooms, bathrooms and common areas. Has a 7th floor lounge area with free coffee and tea. Soda and snacks for purchase. Great location near Haymarket. Definitely would stay again.

Honestly was a bad stay all around. The ONLY redeeming factor is the convienient location. If you're staying here because you think its cheaper than a hotel, its really not. So many things. Firstly, i used the guest fridge for some expensive (60$) pastries, which i did have in a small box that was both tied and taped shut. When i went to get them the next morning, they were taken out of the fridge and destroyed. half werent even eaten, just crushed or left on top of the fridge. I was told management would be in contact with me to resolve this, since they have cameras, but its been a week and I havent heard anything, despite reaching out multiple times. NEXT: for the bunk beds, there is a roll down screen for privacy, which is nice, but theres nothing to cover the huge opening right at the head of the bed, its too tall to rest a backpack against. it makes no sense. Also, you aren't informed of rules or ettiquitte at all except for some flimsy crinkled pieces of paper taped in the hall, so you have people ignoring quiet hours and in general just causing a ruckus. In the larger dorms you have people turning on the lights for the entire room throughout the night and into the morning with no regard for other people sleeping. If youre a woman travelling alone, I really dont reccomend this place either. I went to the lounge area to grab a water one night and discovered trash all over the floor and a man making grunting noises in the middle of it. Possibly the same person who went through everyones stuff in the fridge with NO consequences. The bathrooms are gross. hair and mold everywhere, and the soap in the showres is the same soap for the sinks, and also it smells bad. They won't let you check in even a minute early. Not 2:58. Not 2:59. Only at 3. WHich isnt then end of the world but felt worth mentioning. The social aspect of a hostel also does not apply for this place. VERY few young adults. Mostly older people (40-80), which was not what I was expecting at all. You may meet one or two chatty 20 year olds but they are the minority in my experience. The "breakfast" is 3 different types of stale boxed crackers.

I need my refund for over booking me that night. Or I’m going to sue the hotel. Because I didn’t have a room to stay.

The bed was comfortable The door at one of the restrooms in level 5 didn’t close at all. There was a small gap between the door and the door frame.
