The hotel was great! We booked the hotel in order to use the bikes and the bikes always had tire issues. While using them my sons had to find a bike shop to get the tires pumped up because they were a distance to the hotel. The next day we checked out the bikes and again flat tires an had to ask for a pump an my husband had to pump up all the tires himself.

Amazing staff. Wonderful property. Great location. We will be back!

I personally did not use or rely on the amenities but the room was comfortable and clean and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay

Roberto was great! Very informative and friendly.

Staff are very friendly , accommodating and helpful with information about the city

The king bed room although clean was disappointingly spartan. It was small in area, contained only a narrow desk and a single desk chair. The view overlooked a large trash dumpster. The emphasis was on the large glass shower. There was no coffee available on the premises save the $5 cups in the restaurant, but there was an expresso maker in the room. I just expected a little more from a Hilton property, especially at premium rate in effect here.

Great rooms. Fantastic location to lots of things to do downtown. Taxi service to the airport available at the front desk. Bar and dining area were very comfortable and in the evening they opened up the full bank of windows to let fresh air in and give you a nice and quiet city vib. We had a view of the park that was fun through large windows that let lots of daylight in and had blackout cutains for night. Beds and pillows were excellent and supportive. Bathroom was large and very comfortable. In room coffee maker and coffee was really good and efficient. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property.

The location was also fantastic—close to North End, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Marketplace, TD Garden, and plenty of other places. One of my favorite moments was sitting at their kitchen bar for breakfast with the window open, looking out over the park, and just taking in the moment to slow down and to reflect and be grateful. Overall, a wonderful stay from start to finish. I’d definitely stay here again! Small disclaimer (I didn’t pay attention when I booked) there is NO pool. I was bummed about it, but it did give a reason to keep walking around.

Beds were very comfortable Front desk staff at midnight was not helpful at all. My diamond status was not registered, despite emailing it ahead. No parking onsite, no valet.

This was such an amazing place to stay! It's in the PERFECT location to do all the things in Boston. And it's in a gorgeous spot that's so close to the water and North End and all the things you'd want to do. The rooms were so great and clean and comfy (the bed was glorious!) Their nespresso machines kept us caffeinated through the day and we love the filtered water and (crushed!) ice they provide on every floor. Also, their soaps and shampoo/conditioner/lotion smelled amazing. They had a steamer in the room which came in handy since we were attending a wedding. The staff was incredibly helpful and so, so nice. As a heads up, there is a destination fee every day, but it came with lots of perks. Free tickets to View Boston at the Prudential building which was SUCH a great spot and I can't recommend it more. Such an incredible view of Boston. It also comes with daily food and drink credits and dry cleaning credits. It just can definitely be easy to miss seeing that there are daily fees. But, worth it for this great spot. Their gym is awesome, transfer lounge is amazing, and Rosewood had amazing food and drinks. I can't wait to stay here again on my next Boston stay. 10/10 no notes!

Central location. Knowledgeable, friendly, approachable staff team. Loved the quiet hurricane windows that meant peace on a busy set of words Breakfast service was a touch hit and miss

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The dining area was clean and well organized with friendly staff. The hotel was close to public transportation and Faneuil Hall area.

The restaurant Rose needs to stop using tap water for it drip coffee. I know they have a filter for the lattes and such but not the drip coffee. The waitress told me that when I asked her. That was the only bad thing from stay.

The room was clean (built in 2022). The location is perfect for major attraction (just a few steps away from Quincy Market, North End, Old State House, etc. The parking at Dock Square Garage was easy and convenient (cheaper than other downtown hotels).
