Great location easy to get in and out of

Weird entrance/exit and checkin which was actually through the restaurant hostess. And you need to go through restaurant to enter and exit hotel.

    Superb

Location No elevator. No cooking. No kitchen supplies or tools. Lousy view. No room service. Price too high. And, there is a finger “ pinch point” on your handrail about halfway up that will result in a very serious injury sometime soon. OSHA VIOLATION. You should fix it ASAP. TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY!

Location Hob was cracked and just covered over with black tape. Decor was rough. Bedroom window looked out onto busy road so noisy at night

Bricco is in the heart of little Italy and within walking distance to Quincy market, Faneuil Hall, and long wharf. The apartments are beautiful. We had an issue with the ac not working-it was 86 degrees! However, Marcel the night manager immediately came up and tried to fix it. When nothing seemed to work, he and a couple of staff members came and moved us to a new apartment. I spoke with Vinny, the day manager, the next morning and he let us stay in the bigger apartment at no extra cost and refunded our first night. The customer service here is exceptional! The only thing to consider is that because it’s an old historic building, there was no elevator. If you have trouble with steps, this might not be a great place for you. Otherwise, we will definitely be staying here again

Check-in at the Bricco restaurant was a breeze. This place is perfect for two people. I appreciate that they include a microwave and mini fridge. The shower in the bathroom is larger than expected and provided warm water quickly. This is located in Little Italy within walking distance from the city center, CVS Pharmacy, and great restaurants, cafes, and coffee shops.

The room was perfect for our family of four. The two bedroom suite was a great base for our time in Boston and could have easily stayed for longer. The kitchen area was well set out and the bathroom and shower was amazing. Location was in a busy area and above a busy Italian restaurant but the noise was surprisingly minimal. The was no elevator / lift and the stairs were pretty steep. A member of the restaurant had to help carry our luggage up to the room. As we checked out early the restaurant was closed so I had to do all the luggage myself. This was not a major problem, but did not really cater for disabilities or elderly. Checking in was a little crazy as it was at the till in the busy restaurant. These are all minor things. The positives far outweigh them.

It was very nice. It was in the middle of Little Italy. Walking distance to the start of walking tours.

Nice restaurant on-site. Great air confitioner( but loud!).

North End Location was perfect and on the Freedom Trail. Vast choice of restaurants, especially if you enjoy Italian food. Apartment was small for 4 people with only 1 bathroom. We had Apartment 504. Above The Mare restaurant which played very loud music from 4pm to about midnight so take ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Great deal of noise from the very busy road for most of the day. To be fair, this is the price you pay to be in such a good location but be warned!

Fantastic apartment suite smack in the middle of everything. North End is a vibrant neighborhood with amazing restaurants & bakeries, and everything in Boston is easily reached by a short walk, metro or water taxi. The suite is immaculate, with comfortable beds, high quality toiletries & linens, plus plenty of water, tea & coffee. There’s an amazing bakery & deli downstairs, and even a cool house cat (Frank) to cuddle in the stairwell! Nothing!

    Close to everything.

I absolutely loved staying at Bricco Suites! The staff are all so kind, and extremely helpful! When checking in, we had help carrying our luggage up the stairs since there are no elevators. I love the area too! It's very safe and city-like but without all the chaos. What a charming place to stay in! Our room was big, spacious, and clean, and the bathroom was very nice. We were there during the summer and the heat was more intense than what we're used to, but our room remained cold 24/7 due to the AC, which I really appreciated. They even dropped off water bottles outside our door without us having to ask. So sweet! I can't wait to stay here again when I visit this lovely city. I just can't stress enough how great the staff is. I never write reviews so this really means something! You made my trip to the east coast so special and memorable. Thank you so much Bricco!!!

Everything was great except for the noise through the ceiling. This is not necessarily the fault of Bricco, but the lack of soundproofing and the 0500 sounds of someone jumping and stomping on the floor above was problematic.

Fantastic location in the city in the heart of North End. Clean and well kept rooms, quite noisy though. Staff helpful but as tied to restaurant below not always available. Overall would stay again.

The location is outstanding and one of the property’s biggest strengths. It is within walking distance of many of Boston’s top attractions, restaurants, and historic sites, making it an excellent base for exploring the city. We also appreciated how clean everything was. The kitchen items, including the cups, plates, and utensils, were individually wrapped, which gave us confidence in the cleanliness and attention to detail. The building is a walk-up with no elevator, and there is no staff on-site to assist with luggage. Fortunately, the employee who checked us in was very helpful and found someone to assist us. While the room is marketed as a suite, we found it to be quite compact, with no real living room or common area to relax in. It worked well for our short stay, but for a family staying several days, the limited space could become challenging.

The location was amazing, the suite was lovely and clean and the staff were so friendly and helpful !

If cozy, comfortable and convenient are what you’re looking for look no further. You are literally located at the gateway to the historic North End of Boston just steps away from the best Italian food any where and you are walking distance from Faneuil Hall, the waterfront and right in the middle of the freedom trail

Tucked out of the way, walking distance every where we chose to go. Located on a busy street with many restaurants but once inside, nice and quiet. Very Clean. Nothing I didn't like. Lots of stairs so not the best for those with mobility issues.
