Ramada by Wyndham Boston

The room was dirty. The curtain has stains on them. The floor was disgusting. The bathroom was not cleaned well. The hallways smelled like urine.

We stayed 2 different nights beginning and end of our cruise,1st night check ok staff was helpful, 2nd she sent us on a wild good chase to get to our room and then the key card didn't work!!!!! The hallways are all so hot and humid and all smell of urine !!!!!

The property is right of the highway, so if you get a room on the side of the highway, you hear the cars passing by all night long. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, sheets were clean but smelled like cigarettes as well. Breakfast was ok

Location ok Old, room service was missed one of the days and had to get my own towel, bathrooms small

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is dirty, there are bugs in the bathroom—absolutely awful!

Convenient location Dog barking next door. Breakfast could have more variety, had to pay extra for airport shuttle

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel I have no complaints

The front desk staff member was very friendly and responsive when our shower broke and needed urgent maintenance. The shower handle broke off when we tried to use it, resulting in a late-night urgent maintenance request and delaying our sleeping time before an early morning flight. The room was dingy and dirty and other fixtures such as the sink were barely functional. The halls were not climate-controlled and the floor in the hall was at a significant sideways slant making it difficult to move wheeled luggage.

Good service, pleasant place. O The shower is a little low; if you get distracted, you might bump your head.

Everything was good

The bathroom to small .and the refrigerator was not that cold enough.And heat coming to room feel like I walking into a sauna just to get to my room. Sorry just ..#2 stars hope can fix the problems

Disappointing

Not a lot but bed linen and towels were clean, breakfast wasn't bad but paper plates and plastic cutlery....not good Really needs a good makeover and clean. Very shabby hotel
