Big black trash bags are everywhere on the floor. This hotel has poor housekeeping service.

Best in Quincy area. Close to the T and good food.

The Staff were helpful and responsive. The room had marks on the ceiling and bathroom wall. The shower controls were loose, the shower pressure was low and the shower door kept sliding open. The room was not cleaned nor beds made during our stay. The quality of the beds was OK. The A/C was not that cooling. The hotel's location is very good.

But... this time, the floors seemed a little sticky. And, they've reduced room cleaning/straightening to every other day; we don't need new towels and sheets every day, but it would be nice if they made the bed. Worse, the mattress in our room (504) had a huge trough! Needs to be flipped, or replaced.

Everyone staff was nice and friendly. Great set. Room was clean.

Pros: free parking, complementary buffet breakfast, AC runs good, decent room size, there’s a fridge, microwave, and a small safe. Close to train(the Red line) 30-40 min ride to Downtown; walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, safe neighbourhood to walk. Cons: carpet in room was dirty with a bad smell; water pressure was low. An incident happened on the first morning we were there: I was in the first floors women’s bathroom. It’s not labeled an “all gendered bathroom”. A male staff came inside with a stack of paper towels telling me he was to restock. He didn’t knock; and didn’t leave when he saw me inside. Management should be aware and reinforce customer’s safety and privacy.
