Ok, bathrooms need work.

The staff was friendly and the breakfast was your standard hot hotel breakfast. The bed was comfortable but the room and property was run down. The bed frame had stains along the side, there was clear water damage on the ceiling and the side of the bathroom vanity was damaged and peeling off.

Missing Body Mirror in the room

Asked the staff prior if we could check out an hour later at 12 instead of 11 and the cleaning staff knocked on my door at 10:15 I told them I’m still here, then they knocked loudly again at 11:05 even after telling them I’m staying till 12. They woke me and my girlfriend twice for no reason.

Rooms clean Staff was very impersonal. I felt I was bothering them with a question. Bar tender was great though.

Location and staff were great. Room was uncomfortable and a mouse was in my room.

Location was easy and the staff were very helpful. They should allow guests to buzz in the back doors with their room keys, instead of having to go ask the way around to the front with their luggage.

My room and bath were big and nice. Everything looked new. I like having the bar and a restaurant. And the free breakfast was fabulous Paying to park. Hoped to check in a little earlier

The pictures online did not match the actual place. The first room they put me in was dirty so they moved me to a new room. One of the reasons I selected this hotel for my stay was the airport shuttle and the swimming pool. Neither existed. I walked to the restaurant and water was running out of the ceiling into the hallway. The next morning when I turned on the bathtub the faucet shot off. It took about 45 minutes to get fixed. The hotel was a mile from public transportation. When I went to check out I mentioned the issues to the clerk and she said she would have her manager consider giving me a discount but that did not happen. I would not recommend this place as even staff was discouraged about the conditions in the hotel.

Worst mattress in a hotel in recent memory. Elevator sketchy, unreliable.

The location is not good for walking.

Good enough to sleep and keep your stuff. Not really a point in booking a full suite unless you absolutely need the fridge space for whatever reason or must eat takeout at a table, there's a kitchen and table but no silver/cookware at all. Sofabed mattress is as thick as your arm.

Nice enough place but so loud. Walls are so thin you can hear others conversations. You can hear anytime someone above you walks around. The bed was horrible and needs to be replaced. It was fine for 2 nights but I don’t think I’ll choose this place again.
