Was great place to stay

The property is old but the room i got was clean, tv didnt work, there was no outlet by the bed where i could charge my phone either. breakfast starts at 7, too late for early birds, and i regretted it. Parking was an additional 25 even though the whole parking lot was empty. Not coming back here.

However, we were on the ground floor, and you could hear everything from above footsteps, chairs, suitcases ! Hearing people walking around until 3:00 AM is really annoying. So, if you can, get a room on an upper floor.

The room was clean and quiet, and the continental breakfast was great, very complete with both cold and hot options. My stay here was last minute due to a cancelled flight but I’m so glad I got to know this little gem in Boston!

I wish we could’ve stayed more than one night but the location was awesome, the room was super clean and chic! It also had a hot plate for cooking as well as a full sink, Keurig and microwave. There was even a mini fridge! The tv was up to date and had all the apps needed for a great night in! We ordered pizza to our room and the delivery guy was able to find us no problem and it was super quick! You do have to pay 25$ to park but for the location I’d say that’s a steal!! I will definitely be back here.

This hotel is in an excellent location- easy to walk to transit and the neighborhood felt very safe and quiet. Our room was slightly less clean than we had expected- some food crumbs were on the ground when we arrived. We spent little time in the room so it was fine, but the room was not particularly comfortable so would not return for a longer trip.

Front desk staff were great. Very personable and funny. Clean rooms, good shower pressure and right in the green line. Easy access to Fenway Park!

Very good

Nothing. Everything was dirty, mud in the floor, dirty bathroom and there were insects in the bed. Everything. Do not spend your money here

Our flight was delayed and we ended up arriving in the middle of the night. The gentleman at the front desk was beyond helpful and kind.

The room was a good size with good facilities, The room was clean and breakfast was good. The location was good. The staff were variable. At check in the person on the desk seem confused. At check out the woman was outside smoking and watched me struggle to climb up the stairs with my luggage and then said "Are you checking out? I can just take your key." However my daughter had positive interactions with front desk and the breakfast staff were helpful.

The ‘hotel brand ambassador’, more than ruined the entire experience. Pompous, rude, and undignified. Claimed we did not have a reservation based on the fact he couldn’t find my name. Tried to provide the booking number, he refused.

It seems busy during the period while I stay in Boston. This hotel I don’t know how to describe my feelings it’s just … horrible. The antiquated electric power made the sparks almost spread out in my face… afterwards then smelt a burning smell. Even though I went to lobby they fixed the issue for me, this experience was unprecedented for me. It just a DISASTER. The first negative review I’ve even given.

Friendly staff excellent location

This just wasn’t a good experience. The room was run down, dirty, and badly in need of an update. The plumbing worked poorly. AC worked poorly and made the whole room seem damp. I expected much better at this price and the way this place was presented online. Disappointed

Great convenient location and on site parking
-
The beds were good and rooms big. The staff especially Hellen was very helpful when I checked in. She went an extra mile to ensure reported payment issues in the system are fixed and was courteous. They don’t clean the rooms daily and even when I asked for cleaning, it was not done only changed bedsheets but the floor remained dirty for the period of 4 days.

Everything - this is old shabby 2* MOTEL and not a 3* hotel. Rooms are very outdated and poorly kept.
