Staff is quite friendly and helpful especially Aiden. Bar items were very overpriced.

The Colonnade Hotel offers a fantastic, convenient location in Back Bay and very comfortable, well-appointed rooms. However, the overall stay was let down by the customer service. With the sole exception of our restaurant waitress—who was warm, attentive, and wonderful—the rest of the staff we interacted with felt particularly unwelcoming and indifferent. Given the quality of the property and its reputation, we expected a much warmer and more hospitable experience. A bit more focus on friendly, proactive service would make a huge difference here.

Our bathroom door was missing the handle. The toilet was very slow to flush. They closed the pool at 730 because they were afraid of the heat lightening. I understand safety, but they could have closed it temporarily. We stayed here specifically for the pool and due to our prior experience years ago with our children.

This was a very nice hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and the lobby was spacious. The rooftop pool was very nice. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a nice view of Huntington street with the huge window.

Bathtub is an accident waiting to happen, no grab bars! Advertising led me to believe that breakfast would be included with the room. Not so. Misleading. Plus got charged $69.88 post stay for reasons we do not know. Sent inquiry.

When one reservation has two rooms why wouldn’t you block them together? Makes no sense. The pool could def use some upkeep. The hotel just feels old and kinda washed up.
-
Pool was cold… wished it was heated.
-
The rooftop pool was a bonus for our visit to Fenway! This location was a short walk to the park with restaurants and bars along the way. We will certainly stay here again!
-
Great location, friendly staff, roof top pool was so nice with the hot weather. 70$ per night extra for parking felt unnecessary as well as the extra 30$ facility fee per night, but it is super clean perfect location and on sight parking great. Would definitely stay again.
-
Self park is right next door, expensive and would add to invoice. I would pay at Kiosk next time. Great location. Great pool on roof.

Love this place, stay here all the time when visiting our Son when he’s at school at North Eastern.

Fees at end of day were misleading.

Good location. Tired room and bathroom. Struggled to get a bed near pool that’s small and crowded. Staff had no knowledge of area
-
Great location near newbury and the prudential center. Hotel was modern, clean and friendly. Would return!

Very helpful staff made checking in very easy. Very clean and rooftop pool was very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Its location was optimal for guests. Close to Fenway, Newbury Street and many restaurants.
