I was charged an additional 94 and 74 for the two rooms I booked after checkout. No one mentioned this fee, and when I called I was told I had a 10$ per room credit which no one told me about either. I asked to speak to management about a refund and I was hung up on. Never again

Only 2 working elevators, could wait 10mins for one. I’d expect more from Hilton. They also charge you to park after charging you $400 for a room that wasn’t even the correct room. I booked 2 doubles for 3 people and was given a king.

Everything and close enough to walk to Fenway park for the Red Sox game!
-
Elevator nightmare; staff unemotional; room average; nice gym

Breakfast in the hotel was very slow, but good food. I think they were short staffed.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful throughout our Stay. We really enjoyed our Stay. The location was prime for hop on hop off bus also quick 15 min walk to fenway park.
-
Very clean and comfortable room. The bed and pillows gave us terrific nights' sleep. Our only complaint was that 1 of the 3 main lobby elevators was closed for repair for our entire week's stay. That caused delays during our mornings, as we had to wait for 10 - 12 minutes for a down elevator to have room for us to enter, and that was despite our room being on the 17th floor.

Not bad

I was disappointed by the lack of enthusiasm & help from the staff. Very nonchalant people. They’re not very accommodating. The bellman saw me exiting the property & did not even hold the door for me to catch it.
-
Convenient location within walking distance to many attractions like Fenway Park, Boston Public Library, Prudential Center, and Newbury Street.
-
Recent upgrades to the property are terrific! And they still make the best espresso martini I’ve ever had.

Great room..quiet hallway....

Great location for walking to everything.

Hotel was great. Never book through Expedia. Even though I booked a double queen, the hotel only had single kings available as that is what Expedia booked for me.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Really beautiful hotel! They were so nice to store all our luggage until check in time since we arrived in town at 10am.

Check your bills!
-
I was given room 1700, no panoramic view, which I paid extra for. Quite upset.

Our stay was short, just one night, so reviewing the amenities doesn't seem fair. However, the front desk personnel were so happy, polite, and competent. The room was spacious and clean. Every employee we crossed paths with polite and helpful. I will definitely return on our next trip to Boston.
