This was the best courtyard Marriott I’ve ever been to. The staff were amazing, the cute bar and breakfast area, the lounge , the location - everything. Could not be more perfect.
-
Very clean. Nice common spaces - lobby and outdoors should offer guests free coffee in the lobby in the morning. most hotels do this. very pricey on move in weekend.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, but this was the first stay in many years. It’s evident that they are cutting corners with housekeeping: 3 towels for a reservation for 4 people; 1 pillow for the unmade fold-out couch for 2 people; dishes (not mine) in the hallway not collected for almost 24 hours; and the pool and outdoor tables not cleaned. Last but not least, cleaning service is every other day, even though Hotels.com writes that it’s a daily service. I do like this hotel, but its downsizing of housekeeping services to the bare minimum makes it feel more like a budget hotel.

This hotel is aging, so go in with those expectations. For example, the keycard wouldn't open the outside door on the west side of the hotel, and you had to walk to the front. Since they gouged me on the rate for staying on CU-Boulder move-in weekend, certainly not worth the $400+ a night. I was also one of the lucky ones with no damage to my car, but many of the cars in the parking lot were vandalized and broken into, and I was told they have no security cameras.

This is a very nice hotel that is near several dining options and a Safeway grocery store next door. I recommend the Ore House Supper Club and Fesita Jalisco Mexican Restaurant. The hotel sits beside a beautiful little creek that was wonderful for walking. Look out for bears; we saw several after 8 pm. The facility is also walking distance to a free shuttle that will take you downtown and back. It's reliable and free, which is awesome. The location is also walking distance to the Core Trail along the Yampa, which will also take you to the Botanical Gardens and Downtown. We had a wonderful time and hardly had to drive once we were there, except for a few destination hikes. The outdoor pool/hot tub was nice and well-maintained, and the provided breakfast offered eggs and sausage along with lots of fresh fruit, oatmeal, and yogurts. It is a nice place, and if we return, I will book it again!

Very good stay in a well organized and functional establishment. Very kind employees! This is the second time we use this Marriott in the last 18 months: a tribute to the company in Boulder, CO!

Very comfortable & convenient location for my stay. Been here 2 other times & it never disappoints!
-
Great place to stay in Boulder. Location is pretty central, although having a car is nice. Easy parking. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Pool was too cold to swim in and the hot tub wasn't very clean. Room was nice and bathroom very clean.

The place was lovely and staff great

Good helpful service and nice rooms.

It was very easy to check-in and Earl was fabulous and very kind. He went out of his way to accommodate us! The rooms were clean and we had enough towels! Thank you I/we were very disappointed and shocked that we didn’t have breakfast! We had to pay for it ;(. For the PRICE of the room(s) we were expecting at least a complementary breakfast, but nothing. That was a disappointment. Also, there was trash in the patio outside our room and it was NOT ours.
