Overpriced for a legacy, run-down property. Exterior of buildings were delapidated. Interiors had newish furniture, but popcorn ceilings, black mold in showers, uneven floors, etc. Needs to be torn down and rebuilt. Didn’t feel like a Marriott property at all, but carried the same price tag. Also, they do not manage parking at all. They technically have parking on property, but don’t require a hang tag or vehicle/plate registration. We only had one vehicle for our suite and couldn’t even park on property…many units had multiple cars. We had to park off-property at a vacant commercial building nearby. We actually meant to book the Residence Inn on CANYON, but somehow ended up with this one through Expedia…not sure how that happened. Front desk attendant says that happens frequently. Double check your reservations to make sure you’re at the right property, we didn’t realize it was the wrong one until it was too late. NOT the same thing at all.

We could not really connect to it from our room and had to use our telephone hotspot. We had a two story suite, and the air conditioning did not work on the second floor. Our room had three tvs. Each of them would conk out randomly. That was quite weird. The staff was quite nice. The cleaning staff did a great job. The breakfast could use a little more variety. B+

Everything was really great! Only complaint would be that we could hear the people in the suite above us, so well that I could hear someone getting up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom. And the sliding door opening and closing in their bathroom.

I love to ride my bicycle so the location near the Boulder bike paths was outstanding and I love touring Boulder by bicycle. My room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly. I thought it was an outstanding value in such a cool town. I can’t think of a thing I’d change.

The staff, rooms, and breakfast are wonderful. Had to move to different room, but staff was helpful and supportive. No complaints. This has been my go to hotel while daughter was in college.

Very good

The room was filthy - Broken long nails on the floor. Bugs (beatles, spiders). This was the back units of building 16. The toilet had stuff in it and hadn't been cleaned. It was disappointing. I am used to a different standard from Marriott than this. Staff was nice.

The room was clean and had everything we needed but it was downstairs below a balcony on both sides, so it always felt dark. I’ve stayed at many Residence Inns and they’re usually wonderful, but the room layout was crowded and felt cluttered. They’re trying to pack too much into one small space. Additionally, while they’re known for their great breakfasts, this one was so disappointing. I’m not picky and will eat anything but the scrambled eggs seemed pre frozen and grainy, and the French toast was dry. It was surprisingly weird.
